EMC MORTGAGE HELP THEY ARE SCREWING WITH MY HOUSE IRVING Texas

They said back in 2003 that we were 4 payments behind and we werent we were 2 and told us we had to redo the loan and we would have to put down 8,000 dollers to keep are home, so we did then in october of 2007 we got behind 3 paymenst and they told us we had to put down 2500.00 to redo the loan, or we would lose the house so we did, now in august we are behind 1 payment and they told us we had to put 607.00 dollers has a down payment so we did ,We have enough with this company we are self employed are home should have already been paid in full, 2 months ago it showed a balance of 18,000 now we are showing a balance of 26,000, not only has all that happened but my son filed chapter 7 and he is a jr my husband is a sr and they put all is crap on my credit report that we filed chapter 7, now I cannot get it off.Please can some help us.
