EMC Mortgage Raised payment on two loans b/c they said escrow was low Lewisville Texas

EMC raised the payment on two loans significantly, stating that the escrow account was under-funded. I've paid extra on both loans for almost a year, and they still can't fully explain how the escrow account got under-funded in the first place. I just came to this web site and am sick reading all of this info. on EMC mortgage. They purchased our loan and now we're stuck with them. I seriously think there needs to be a class-action suit against them. If there is one in Ohio, could someone please contact me? I want to be a part of it and I also need to get out of these loans with EMC. Thank you.
