Emeraldlux RIP OFF - TRICKY - DECEITFUL - WRONG! San Fernando California

My understanding is that I was receiving an electronic cigarette for $4.95. I did not realize, see or read anything about a trial offer.

Yesterday, I see where they took $114.95 out of my bank account. I called them, the lady said there was nothing they could do b/c it had been over 30 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she called me back today, stating there was nothing they could do, but she took it upon herself to apply $45 back to my account.

I would have never agreed to this if I'd know it was $114.95. You can get them at the convenience store for $10. Besides, I am the only one working in my family, b/c my husband has cancer, and I certainly did not need this coming out of my check.
