I began the membership in February 2012 and purchased a website in May. Before that was online I was persuaded to upgrade, which i did. That website was not ready for another month.  It did not work properly.   Repeated calls to tech support have landed the same results....site still NOT working properly. 

Repeated calls to the coach have been the same...no return call back for may days or weeks!! Then a salesman "coach" will call and just want you to spend more money. A coach called me yesterday and had me on the phone for 15minutes trying to convince me to buy more. Today, again, I cannot log into my site.

Tech support line is busy.  I have had this site since the end of may and not made 1 sale. I want my money back. so far I am about $7,000 into this thing

The following   quotation from another report is EXACTLY what happened to me.

"They company misleads you when you purchase your site and your membership, originally we were told we got a website with the purchase of the gold membership only to later find out that the website only sells aproximately 100 things and is mainly for gift card redemption. at that point they pursuaded us to purchase the E-Commerce site at which going into 2 1/2 months since the site was suppose to be completed it still is NOT working properly!!"

I spoke with a manager to request a refund and she said no refund after 30 days on the site and within the 30 days we would get the money we paid to purchase the site in CREDIT to our account!!??

I truly believe this is a scam when I told the lady ( tonya) this on the pjone today she told me " this is not a scam we are really having technical difficulties with our servers"!! For months!!  I too, am truly searching for a refund. I am 63 and cannot afford to loose this kind of money
