Emerge Mastercard account was closed at fix rate and there raising rates all the time Ripoff Newark New Jersey

fleet service sold my acc to emerge mastercard,when it was sold emerge wanted to raise my apr to 17.87, so i called them and told them i just recieved a company letter from fleet service and since i was paying on time they would lower my rate to 16.74 and emerge had me send them a copy of the letter then they sent a letter back stateing they do not take persional request, well its not a persional req, its a letter from the credit card company to me and emerge wont deal with it as a matter of fact when you close the acc its sopose to be fix rate now my rate is 19.40 i make more then the min payment and ive been at 5,000,00 dollar balance forever since emerge took over ive got all org, letters and paper work hope you can help
