 This man that calls himself a licensed Maritime Captain, is nothing further than that. NO government body recognizes this man as an expert in any maritime field even though having a registered company claiming so. He is known to make false paperwork, surveys, sale receipts, contracts and banking wires. He is known to write bad checks and just as of 10/17/15 was arrested for the crime of writing fraudulent checks. There are other pending cases to come.
