Information about this scammer can be found all over RipOffReport.com, Google.com, DatingPsycos.com, WikiAlerts.com, etc... by searching his name: Owen Kozlovich
When he worked at OXFORD HOME MODIFICATIONS he was exposed for telling clients he has a "100% Success Rate" in loan modifications.

He even lists fake employees for his fake website he runs from his urine soaked rent controlled apartment:

Owen Kozlovich I contacted this person from off the internet through another source about a remodification loan I paid the first person $1000.00 then he said he couldn't help so he gave me Owens information and we only communicate by phone and I gave him $1500 to start the process of my paperwork.Danbury Connecticut
