Because it's from a so called "church" people think is legal. What if that officiant’s only virtue of ordination was to take money?People spend a lot of money on weddings, and sadly, getting wedding money is often the only motive for the internet-ordained minister. And that is what happend to us. Pay pay pay and get nothing. During the process everything works perfectly fine but after that we are already pissed in getting our Marriage certificate . Why dont you try FE FERIDO a true and genuine wedding officiant. We do hope that what we had experienced will not happen to you. Dont let emmanuel rey p. Moreno scam you!!!beware

I wonder why is it my name is still existing in this page. I make a rebuttal last 2015 and since then it doesn't remove.
This is to inform you before you post a complain double check first the license of the personnel and evaulate the story, not only for posting.
Thru this I have a lot of couples officiated their wedding and they have their papers too.
Lastly, I would like to share that if someone destroy you, he/she keeps his/her personality strong and wise.

First of all, I would like to thank you for the complainant. But, there is no name indicated in the report. Second, why did you said I am a fake while you said to your report you just waiting for your marriage certificate. Third you trust us to render my services and I do explained to you the process of getting married here in the Philippines. Forth, there are a lots of Solemnizing Officer here in the Philippines and yet you mentioned only one person? For the information of all readers. I am a minister for 5 years. I always tell to the couple to check first my license at psa.census.gov.ph. Thru this website you will verify if the solemnizing officer is real and have a valid license. For the information of the readers, here in the Philippines you must have patience in waiting all the documents release because it is not my part. It is the part of the Government. Once we file your marriage certificate you must have patience to wait. Please whoever you are Mr and Mrs Compainant, call me and most probably I can help you.
