Hello and thank you for reading my report.  I assume you too have been deceived and lied to by this so-called "credit repair" company known as Emmediate Credit Solutions and you are wondering what you can do about it just as I am.

About a year ago, I was looking to buy my first house and found a few that caught my interest.  After going to and being turned down from local banks and lenders due to low credit scores, I started searching on the internet for companies that could help me repair my credit so I could qualify for an FHA loan. I started contacting various "credit repair" companies, asking them what services they could offer and what they could do to get my credit back on track.  After talking to a few of them, I eventually got suckered into a company called Lexington Law.

The salesman I spoke to on the phone was very persistant and very aggressive.  He made me feel as though by only going through Lexington Law would my credit scores ever increase.  At that time and not knowing any better, I agreed to a contract with them.  I had a bad feeling, you know what I'm talking about, like that deep down in your gut feeling, that I made a mistake. Something just didn't seem right about the whole situation.  The very next day, I called Lexington Law and cancelled the contract, which you could do as long as you were within 3 days of signing the agreement without any penalty.

Now a couple of days went by and there's another credit repair company calling me and then another and then another and then another and so on and so on....... It was like being attacked by piranhas.  I had no idea how these companies that I never contacted knew not only my cell phone number, but about my situation as well which makes me think that these so called "credit repair" companies are all tied into one another and selling your personal information without your knowledge or consent.

Basically all of them said they could offer the same services as the next, but they could do it "cheaper" or "faster" than the other guys. After listening to all of them, I finally had enough and signed up with a company called Privacy Guard, whom I'm with to this day.  Since being with them, I have seen disputes settled and some old collections erased off my credit report, but my credit score hasn't increased that significantly and it's been about a year.  I'm contemplating on whether I should keep them around anymore or cancel my account with them.

Which ultimately brings me back to the issue I have with Emmediate Credit Solutions.  I have been harassed by this company for some time now and I want to put an end to it. Unknowingly and without my consent, they took $60 a month out of my checking account. A few months went by before I caught onto this and my bank was only able to collect the past 90 days of money they took.  I called them to address the issue and noboby answered. The telephone just rang and rang.

They finally called me, I guess once they saw that they were no longer getting any more money from me and asked that I pay to keep my account up to date.  I told them over the phone that I never agreed to anything with them, I have no idea who they are, and that I have no idea how they got my information in the first place to take money out of my account without my knowledge or consent.  I told them that I wanted my account canceled and removed from their database immediately.

The lady on the phone said that in order to do that I would have to email a guy by the name of Rich Victor to cancel the account for me.  Angry and frustrated, I sent Rich an email that night telling him to cancel my account.  The next day I checked my email and seen a message from him stating that he needed to know the reason why I wanted to cancel my account.  Me, being the customer (unknowingly) didn't have to tell him jack why I wanted my account cancelled.

He should have cancelled it without any reasoning.  Pissed off and angry, I wrote yet another email to him stating my reason why I wanted my account canceled and for him to cancel my account immediately.  A few days go by and I didn't hear anything from him, so I sent him another email to confirm whether he had fulfilled my requests or not.  He replied shortly thereafter saying that he hasn't cancelled my account and that was it.

Since I felt that they were playing games, I got fed up with their lack of attentiveness and went to the BBB and filed a complaint there.  They sent my complaint to Emmediate Credit Solutions and I got an email back from them stating that the issue was resolved.  Recently, like within a week, I received a letter in the mail stating that they turned my account into a collection agency and that I now owe them over $600!

How can they do this if I never signed up for anything with them and how can I put an end to this harassment?  Has anyone ever tried suing this company or does anyone know of professional advice or assistance pertaining to a matter like this?  It's mind boggling how I see so many negative reports on this company, but yet see no lawsuits or the like filed against them.  We can't let them keep getting away with this!

I have worked for this company and not too long, but I did quit because not only did it not feel right at all but also they made us work over 40 hours and not get paid for those over time hours...and also they can easily scam their clients because its as easy as one click on the signature button on their esign system...so how do clients go about resolving this? ....FILE A LAWSUIT!!!...

You will have a great chance winning with these scammers because not only do they automatically sign the contracts for clients so they can charge your credit or debit card, they won't be able to prove that you gave them verbal authorization to sign you up!! And also this company is so unorganized that even if you did say yes over the phone they wouldn't even be able to find that recording because it may be lost somewhere in their unorganized system...its a very unprofessional environment to work at and not only that most of the letters get returned back as fraud because its computer generated to where they are all the same...a lot of ppl spend way too much money on these kinds of scams when you can easily write a dispute letter yourself and send it ande even gwt a faster response...it does not take up to 30 days like they tell people..they just don't send the letters the day they say they are sending but they do send it 2-3 months after the client has been paying for their membership...these companies are a waste of time and money and never work there even if you are that desperate!!!! HONESTLY!!!!
