Empi, Inc Doctor issued cervical device; insurance denied; device returned, didn't relieve pain; Harassed into paying over $90; still harassed for $91 more. St Paul, Minnesota

Chiropractor issued a cervical device which did not work for me. I returned the device. After this, I started to be harassed by a very rude lady from the company.

I was harassed into paying over $90.00 for the time I had the device, in spite of the fact, that the device had not worked. I reluctantly paid the money to get them to stop harassing and threatening me.

Now they are trying to get $91 more. I'm reporting this now and wish I had done it earlier. I'm retired and paying for medical treatment. This company should not be allowed to prey on patients like this. If they are doing this to me, I'm sure others are also experiencing the same harassment. I would appreciate any help or advice.
