 Empire Covers based out od 101 Greenwood Ave #623, Jenkintown, PA 19046. Is a ripoff. They do NOT make the covers. And the covers are not fit as they state. And the return dept and staff all the way to the top are defensive & abrasive with a I tell you what is going to or not happen attitude even with supervisor Dave who states there is no-one above himself to contact. The boat cover was not designed to fit. Not designed for any wind at all. And the reurn dept charges a hidden 20% restocking fee to maintain or even increase profit on returns. Worst cover you can buy. Beware do not waste your money

Hello Gary,

We're sorry to see you're still upset. We do our best to be transparent about our 20% re-stocking fee. It's listed in our returns policy which is made available on every page of the website. We were also happy to waive this 20% restocking fee after hearing that you were upset and provide you with a full refund.

You also stated that, "the covers are not design to fit." That's true, we make semi-custom covers which means we create all different sizes and shapes and match these sizes and shapes to each boat to offer affordable, high-quality, top-level protection. We're sorry that this was not made clear before your purchase, but we're glad we were able to work with you to resolve this issue and refund your money in full.
