Engaged this company to collect unpaid accounts. They took my account 4/2017. Not even once they have contacted me to give status of anything. When I have called about three times from 4/2017 to now 10/2017- they have no specific answer , they always tell they are trying to reach the customer.

I am not sure at this point, if they collected the moeny and they are turning over to our company. There is something not right going on with this company.
