I interviewed for this company as a new business professional looking to get started in a secure career as a fresh college grad. I went to the first interview after speaking with the HR woman named Kami and owner Chris -- they described it as a management training opportunity with advancement within a year.

I came to second interview -- casual dress, was introduced to man who then took me to his car. We traveled out and as we were leaving I asked questions; trying to find out where we were going; of course very cryptic responses.

I went to a neighborhood to go door to door trying to sell ATT UVERSE tv and internet service to people who did not have any clue we were coming.

At lunch he told me the advancement procedure and that the business was commission based. You make $100 for each account you sell. -- he did not make a sale that day. I was offered the position with the company when I got back that day. I discussed the day with the other candidate and we both decided it was not something either of us could EVER do.

He also told me of the other companies, NBC, INC (nashvile business consulting), Orange LTD, and Luxe INC around Nashville. All were of the same. -- Google them.

Companies like this are out to get new college students who are impressionable and who need immediate jobs. It is a joke. DO NOT GO IN!! PLEASE REFERENCE THIS REPORT!

The above report is accurate

AUTHOR: Nemesis - (United States of America)

I can confirm with 100% certainty that Orange LTD in Nashville is part of the same Multi-Level Marketing organization.  I was not aware of the others but I appreciate the information.  It is a personal goal of mine to see these companies out of my fair city.

All of the companies listed above are subsidiaries of the Cydcor/DS-MAX/Granton Marketing/Innovage/Smart Circle umbrella.  Both the subsidiaries and even the parent companies are known to change names frequently to throw off negative comments and reports and to keep investigators from seeing the full picture and extent of their network.  For instance, Orange LTD used to be called Imperial Marketing Vision.  Same exact company, same exact owner, same exact product they sold, just a different name.  What legitimate company would up and change their name like that?

Financially speaking the structure is very similar to that of a pyramid scheme with lower players kicking up portions of their earning to those above them.  This chain continues all the way to the top.  They avoid legal persecution by making all salespersons independent contractors and making all independent offices under the ownership of that offices management but if you follow the money, you will see the structire is very pyramidic in nature.  Not quite illegal but definitely unethical and on the shady side of the law.

If you are unfamiliar with these deceitful, cultish, "marketing" firms, please search this site or google for the parent companies I listed above.  You'll find thousands of horror filled testimonies from ex-employees; everything from folks that worked there for a few hours to people who rose through the ranks and stayed in "the business" for many years.  Tales of brainwashing, greed, sexual harassment, deceit and outright cheating or underpaying employees out of their wages are very common.

The reports are all very similar and span many states and countries so these are not isolated incidents.

Stay informed and be careful out there.
