I am writing to inform other doctors who may be thinking to attend this cource about false advertisement and fraudulent practices been carried out by Empire medical training 101 N.E 3rd Ave ,14 th Floor ,Suite 1430 Ft Lauderdale,Fl 33301.who conduct seminars

I am express my utter disgust and horrible experience I had attending their so-called Advanced Pain Management Course supposed to be held on11/02/2008 at Las Vegas. I registered for the course online, and the venue was in Clarion Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. I booked the same hotel when the course was supposed to be held, to avoid stress. Two days before the course, I received an email confirming that my fee has been received, and by chance I noticed that the address where the course was supposed to be held was different to the one on the website.

I called their office the next day, and spoke to the lady who attends to the phone, to make sure that the email and the venue of the course was correct or not. At the same time, I asked the customer service 2 times to make sure about the timing of the course. I was reassured about the place and the timing of the course, that it would be held at 1 pm- 8:30 pm. I made arrangements to attend the course, and I flew to Las Vegas on Saturday, to attend the course.

To my utter disgust, the hotel where the course was supposed to be held, and in which I booked, thinking it would be the same as the course, it was the worst, the filthiest, of the hotel, I had ever slept in. I had no choice. Next day I was happy to get out of the hotel, and reached the course venue at 12:30 pm. I told the person at the front desk that I have come to attend the Advanced Management Course, and no one knew what I was talking about.

All the people over there that they had no clue to what was going on; I was told that the course has started so I signed in, and went into a lecture room to attend the course, after thirty minutes, the lecture ended, and everyone started leaving. I got suspicious and I started inquiring about the next course. Nobody was able to give me an answer, it was the most disorganized, and the most awful course I have EVER IN MY LIFE attended. I was told to see Mr. Bill, who was supposed to know everything.

I approached Mr. Bill, who was supposed to be the course organizer, and when I told him that I came to attend the course, which was supposed to be held 1 PM to 8:30 PM, he didn't know what I was talking about. He told me the course has finished, and when I got upset with him, and started criticizing and asking questions about the course, in front of other attendees, he took me off to the side, and said that the doctor who was supposed to conduct the course had a change in schedule, and he came in the morning, so there wouldn't be an evening course.

When I started complaining about the website and the email I received. He said there was nothing he could do, because the doctor just came for a short while and left. When I told him that I wasted my whole weekend, which I would have spent with my family in a better way, but instead flew all the way to Nevada for this so-called immature disorganized course, I was told that the first thing he was going to do the next day (Monday) he would get in touch with me, and make sure I am compensated for all the trouble and stress and expenses and lost time I had to go through with their nasty performance.

When I talked to the other people in the course, all the attendees were disappointed, they said they had NEVER EVER in their life had attended a useless, time consuming, atrocious course. They told me the doctor was supposed to come from Florida to conduct the course never showed up, and Mr. Bill who is just the course organizer, and not even a professional medical doctor taught the attendees how to manage the pain, and taught doctors about the medicines and how to give pain injection in the joints.

I was horrified at the concept and the dare of their administration who ever could possibly believe that a non professional dim witted guy could teach experienced medical doctors about drugs, pain management, and how to give Intrarticular Injections. This was both illegal practice, and the most horrific experience of my life. If you value your time, don't sign up for their substandard, unprofessional, disorganized, worst course.
