On 7/19/2014 I order a 10' x 13' x8'.8" Monarch Gazebo  GAZ502 at a sale price of $355.32 ($546.65 original)

i received the item in reasonable time and put it up over a concrete patio.  Much to my surprise it was not worthy of the price

but it would serve my need.  Assembly was a two person job because of the height and you could tell this was an imported I item based on the iinferior and lightweight construction.  After one season I noticed some holes and rust in the tubing and attributed this to poor design and paint finish .  The cover and side material was removed, cleaned, and stored at the end of the 1st season and reinstalled june 2015 with no serious problems.  Again removed, cleaned and stored at the end of the season.  in June 2016 installed cover again and time has taken a toll on the fabric and stitching and Velcro fasteners have easily diisloged  in a number of places.  I will try and salvage the cover for this season and see if I could get a replacement.

july 10, 2016, called customer service 855-886-6779 and spoke to a nice young lady whom I asked if I could get a replacement cover.  She told me they don't sell gazebos any longer and could not provide me with alternative sources since this product was imported.

This is an example of poor product support and should have been communicated to the buyers either upon purchase or when this product was to be discontinued.  A partial refund should be awarded for the lack of support of this product to all buyers.

Spoke to manager by phone today who claims this item was discontinued when

stock was sold out and they did not sell replacement parts for this gazebo.

It was not manufactured in their factory in the USA as may be implied by their website but manufacterured for them in China.

BEWARE!!!!  warranty claims on their products may indicate quality is poor and will not hold up to the elements over time and

are not supported by this company other than for manufacturers defects.

I would be cautious of doing business with a company that does not support their products.

Now I am stuck with a frame that does not support any of the replacement covers available on the Internet.
