He has scammed me of $15,000 with a promise that he would fund the loan on my shopping mall after I have spent $15,000 to cover his fees and 3rd party . In fact he is a broker and charges up front fees to issue an LOI that means nothing. He has a cell number 770 256 0610 that he screens the calls and he also goes by the web site Auction Advisors or Empire Holdings.
He issued an LOI back in November of 2014 under Empire Realty Holdings LLC (1209 Orange Stree Wilmington De 19801" for a loan amount of $4,320,938 and he never performed. He does not have an office number and be on the watch for the crook
