Empire Today Flooring Never showed to install flooring "Twice" Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Called Empire to install flooring, they came, paid up front. Scheduled time to install flooring, they said someone would call the day of installation and give us a time, anytime between 8am and 6pm. The day came nobody called, we tried to call they said someone would be there between 8am and 6pm....nobody came, we rescheduled for two days later, same thing. Nobody called or came. We called customer service, they said they called the installer, but nobody would answer. We asked for a refund, they said someone would call us within 24 hours. You guess it, nobody called....We are fighting to get refunded. Dont use these people!

Never Pay Up Front

This is the perfect reason you never pay up front with Empire. First of all your 'salesman' is NOT an Empire employee. Don't believe me? Ask for an employee ID when they show up for a quote. As for the 'installer's you'd have been better off calling the local INS office to track them down. The fact you received no callbacks from the installer or Empire speaks volumes about their customer service. How anxious do you think they'll be when it comes to doing warranty work on their product? If Empire said they called the installer they didn't have the OWNERS number to call for immediate action. Demand a full refund. Don't settle for any phony discounts or promises. Just get your cash back. If they need motivation then use small claims court and the newspapers.
