My carpeting was installed one year ago. The installers tore the linoleum in my kitchen (that was one year old) by sliding my entertainment unit across it, the broke my television by "plopping" it face down on the couch, scratched up my entertainment center by sliding the tv out, damaged walls down to the corner bead by sliding carpet through the house and sut into floor molding when cutting the carpet. I have contacted Empire every other day since this happened and they will not resolve this issue.

There is now a warranty issue with my carpeting...it is bubbled up in two areas, very worn down in 2 areas (after only a year) and do you think they will call me back for a service call? NO because when they pull up my order number, they see the long list of complaints so they push me away. Everytime I hear their jingle on tv it makes me cringe and hope that people do not call them. They do have a display set up at Sam's Club and I am considering setting up my own right next to them.
