My husband and I recently had flooring installed by empire today, during their 70% off special Well let me tell you 70% off what?!?!! They over charged us. We paid 3252.00 for laminate floors that look like real hardwood, or so they say. Well I went to a competitive company and was told they would have charged me 1,500.00 for the same floors!! And get this 3,000.00 for real hardwood flooring.

So I immediately called empire today and was told they would give me the price match guaranteed.. well it's been 3 weeks and nothing. I have called them several times to no avail. And now there's gaps forming. I feel like I am getting the run around .. I will not be using this company ever again and do not recommend it to anyone!

Am very happy with how they are resolving my concerns and issues floors are now fixed and looks absolutely beautiful now am just waiting for the price match but nonetheless very happy.. thank you so much for the help.

getting runaround

Finally got to speak to someone now I have to jump through hoops just to get a price match. When I was promised one three weeks ago. I wish I would've went to the competitive company and got my real hardwood flooring installed. I hate these laminated floors! Now I noticed some peeling on them and I use the stuff im suppose too. >_<`
