BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! HE WILL CUT YOUR HOURS IN HALF WITH NO NOTICE AND WHEN YOU LEAVE TO A NEW JOB HE WONT PAY YOU FOR THE HOURS YOU WORKED. THERE IS NO BENEFITS, AND HE ONLY PAYS FOR THE MAIN 5 HOLIDAYS BUT WILL GIVE YOU OTHER HOLIDAYS OFF WITH NO NOTICE WITH NO PAY. CLAIMS ALL THESE PROMISES AND TURNS OUT TO BE NOTHING
YOU WILL ALSO START BELIEVING YOUR DOING THE POSITION THAT WAS ASKED FOR AND THEN BE ASSIGNED A MILLION OF OTHER DUTIES AND NOT BE PAID PROPERLY. THIS PRESIDENT OF THIS COMPANY IS VERY MISLEADING
USES PEOPLE!! AND MAKES UP TONS OF EXCUSES TO NOT PAY UR LAST PAYCHECK.

DATACORP Builders & Developers Inc. is located in Coral Springs, Florida, builds and developes houses & raw land in five different counties of Florida. Over the period of several years, DataCorp has hired over 30 employees as support staff, over 40 real estate & mortgage professionals and over 25-30 construction workers as independant contractors. All these professionals can testify our company's A++ reputation when it comes to timely & just pay.
We treat all our employees as family members by treating them with respect by celebrating their birthdays and special occassions. We also conduct weekly lunch meetings where all our staff members are invited to share ideas and discuss any concerns which they might have. Further more many employees who have young children are occassionally allowed to bring their young ones to work when baby sitting options are not available to them.
We believe that the individual who has posted this report worked in the capacity of an office administrator for about a year and had full excess to all company's sensitive information. She was always treated with respect and was allowed to bring her young son to work when she needed to do so. We even gave her freedom to carry out personal internet work on company's time and flex working hours.
One fine day without any advance notice whatsoever she decided to quit work and would not return calls. Next day we realize that a computer jump drive with sensitive co. information was missing from the office which she was seen with it last by other office staff. Her 1.5 days worth of pay was witheld untill she came forward with the information on where abouts of the jump drive.
Since this incidence, we have discussed our options with our corporate attorney and upon their advise it has been reported to the local employment office and discussed with the local police department.
Eventually, her full pay was released to her even though the jump drive is still missing.
Its strange how someone can post such misleading and incomplete incidences with out describing the details and won't have curtesy to update once the matter is resolved.

ALL HE OWED ME FOR WAS 12.86 HRS AND ITS TURNED OUT TO BE SUCH A DISPUTE..... ITS ASHAME!
