Like bulls in a china shop, these guys have blown through millions of dollars of investor money with nothing yet to show for it. They spend all their time churning out promising press releases with bold declarations of functionality of their technology, but have generated no revenue thus far and the stock has been driven down to next-to-nothing.

Carl Freer, President of GetFugu, was also at the helm of a company called Gizmondo, which also went down the tubes completely after going through millions upon millions of money to only fail. He is suspected of many shady dealings, and has ex-partners in prison or litigation for fraud charges.

Carl Freer and his lackey, Rich Jenkins have absolutely no problem hiring contractors and then dropping out of contact when the time comes to pay them. They are also known to demand unpaid overtime from employees and to ignore requests of final paychecks for those who have chosen to quit or who have been fired for refusing their demands.

This is a company operating with complete cowardice and lack of integrity, and one can only hope that justice and karma will balance it all out and the people responsible will have to answer for their crimes.
