I learned through personal experience that A. Harrison Barnes and his company, Employment Crossing (and its other multiple web noms-de-scam) has constructed a website which entices job seekers with "Free" access, hides its Terms of Service, and initiates recurring credit card billing under various names, with the intent of sucking money out of victims' accounts, unnoticed, for as long as possible.

I lost $360 before realizing this tick had been sucking blood for a year, using a name on my CC statements which led me to believe they were another company.
His is a sophisticated web scam, and he is bold faced about the operation. But of course, not bold faced enough to present a real address of service for a small claims service. The address he lists for himself as Agent of Service is his uber-luxurious Malibu rental property. And when the Sheriff attempted service at his S. Lake Ave. Ste 200 address in Pasadena, the company "had moved two weeks prior" and no one in the office new where they'd gone. But they continue to list it as their headquarters and the rental agent for the aforesaid Malibu property continues to be at address.

I can't be the only person ripped off by this weasel. There must be others-- Who's up for a class action suit?
