EMZ SHOPPING misleading business overture Newark, Delaware

  I was  mislead  from this EMZ SHOPPING , As i explained to my credit union because of the withdrawing funds out of my account unauthorized and only allowed the initail $2.95 and was told this fee was to start the job  search and for me to go online and put a password in after the register fee was verified , and i needed a credit card to register.  Nothing was stated for the $49.95 to be deducted out of my account not once but twice from  JANUARY 10TH , AND THE 23RD OF JANUARY I HAD NO IDEA OF THIS AND CONTACTED THEM FEB. 1 2012  UPON RETURNING OFF A BUSINESS TRIP. HERE IS A STATEMENT I SENT TO MY credit union representative working my bank account , and follow up about this EMZ TO see if i can get my $99.90 returned.
Dear  I am sending you a response from our last conversation , I also have  prepared some of the Terms and conditions that gives a  candidate information , only if you go online by signing in with a password I have highlighted key points of my case . After I identify where I feel I was taken I also have investigated this company that I should have investigated before I call them to apply. So a rip off report is also provided as you review the website for this company is reported already. I will certainly be a lot careful by using online disciplines.  How am I charged? And with the Business Law ethics of this sort insult I think a class action law suit will teach a lesson for the rip offs.  
i was told from the EMZ I Will not get a refund deposit back into my account i closed my account , and another  re issue of my debit card and now i need a Lawyer lets file a class action suit!
