Encante Anti-Aging Serum/ Villaire Face Serum Ordered Encante Anti-Aging Serum trial "Just Pay Shipping" $1.95 on my credit card. 15 days later I am billed $98.71 I called to dispute auto pay & Fernando said I only had 10days to cancel if I had checked box that I was over 18yrs old. He did offer me a 35% credit but I told him I was going to dispute it with my credit card. Villaire Face Serum web site is totally different than web site I ordered. It states very clearly that you will be enrolled in membership program for $98.71 plus shipping per month. Internet

I ordered Encante Anti-Aging Serum FREE Just Pay Shipping $1.95.  I saw no small print for auto billing. 15 days later Villaire Face Serum UT billed my credit card $98.71. 

I called # on my statement & spoke to Fernando who informed me that I had only 10days to cancel if I had checked box that I was over age 18.  He did offer me 35% credit.  I told him I was going to dispute it with my CC company.

I looked on the internet & I did not order trial bottle from Villaire Face Serum who very clearly had there TERMS & CONDITIONS on their web site www.faceserumvillaire.com  www.encanteskin.com web site was very misleading.

I think it best to never accept a product where you are paying only shipping.  NO SUCH THING!
