I got enticed by an Ad endorsed by Dr. OZ online which says that hundreds of ENCANTE EYE and CREAM SERUM are being given away for free except you pay for $5.00 shipping. I got debited from my account for approximately $600.
I returned the products: unused and untried, and found out that the Company has only a P.O. Box address in Santa Ana, CA. 92799-5390.
I called their phone numbers at 877-494-1613 and 877-494-0812, got strong answers that they will not refund the money.
I am asking for help that this fraudulent activity of this Company be stopped and people behind be persecuted.
This is America, a country that supports and allows honest and legitimate business to flourish because consumers are satisfied and not deceived.
