Encore Financial ripoff scam, dishonest crooks, liars, cheaters Saint George Utah

I used to work for Encore Financial Resources. Rick Ence the owner of the company owns several other business in town. Since this is a small town everyone knows him. He has real-estate, insurances, mortgages, construction, dentals everything. Either Rick Ence himself or his immediate family owns something in this small town; their names are everywhere.

The company he is directly located at every day is Ence Insurance at 435-674-4444. This company that Rick ence now onws use to be Media One which was shut down by the FBI.

I would like everyone to know this company is a scam! There is no refund policy because they can get everyone "qualified" for a secured card. Anyone can get a secured credit card with out paying Rick Ence or Encore Financial Resources 169.95, which the price continues to raise when the first opened in Sept 2003 the price was 89.95, then 134.95, now 169.95. FOR WHAT?

The free gas they are suppose to receive. No that is through Unisource where you have to pay them 4.95, then SEND in your receipts every month from when you purchased gas then that company reimburses you 4.95 a month if you include a self-addressed envelope. That does not sound very good to me.

JUST remember Encore Financial does not give out any refunds; they can get you a secured Card! And you don't need a pass code to log onto web page use for your phone # 4444444444 (10) and passcode 4444444 (7).
