I can't honestly say that I was 'ripped-off for a paycheck, after working there for over three month I discovered that some of my orders had disappear and was never paid to me. when I started complaining to Carlos loaiza they suspend me saying that they had a problem with my orders and that the costumers did not signed the orders and that they wasnt going to cut me a check.
Encore doesnt train people to do the job they just want you to ask for the phone bill and to have the customer sign so later you can call option one and give them what ever you feel like is going to stick. we usually go to older people that cant speak English and wont complaint Carlos is a gangster from LA California that just hire females to do the dirt they should be investigated and report in the news so older people and Spanish speaking people can protect them self

You WERE RIPPED OFF! Did you think your orders "magically" disappeared or were they stolen. See all the other comments about this pathetic excuse for a sales company scattered throughout Rip-Off Reports. Another rep in Miami, at least 4 in LA, and myself, have all filed RipOff Reports against Encore.
Tell your friends, family, even your enemies to avoid this scam company masquerading as sales. You WILL lose money, as other people have already testified on this website.
