ENCORE PAYMENT SYSTEMS Encore.... Are You Kidding.... former Sales rep owed over 35K.... and still waiting... Addison Addison

Ok first let me qualify my statements.....

I am and was a very sucessfull Pharmacutical sales rep. I have been selling for over 18 years and have mantained a closing rate of over 65%.

I was approached by Encore to become a regional sales manager for North Carolina. I was promised a BASE salary of 65K with residuals, overrides, and commissiona on anything I personally sold.

During the 4 months I was with Encore, I was flown out to meet the owners after selling my first 50 accts, in less than 3 weeks. I was literally a selling machine. I was called by "one of the Owners" which i later found out was just the "manager of the day", so that they could let me know I was their fastest rising star, and would I consider relocating to Addison, to take over all of thier team leaders, train them and help improve sales percentages. I declined, and from there on out, it was hell.

As I stated before, I sold 50 accts within 3 weeks. I worked 6 days a week closing over 2-4 accts a day. I have YET to get paid for ANY of the work I have done. I have NOT seen a check, a statement showing it was directly deposited in my checking account. (Now let me tell you they did charge my checking acct $25.00 for a "processing fee" for finding a deposit they say they made but never showed up. So at this point I hav e PAID $25.00 in cold hard cash and spent over $400.00 in getting a new fax machine, dedicated line, business cards etc.

I was promised so much, and received nothing. Worse yet, I sold in my own community, and have to see all those people I sold to all the time. Since I discovered their decitfull, and unprofessional tactics, discovered I was NOt getting paid, and left the company. Encore has littereally KILLED my sales carreer in this community. I cant even look at some of these poeple I go to church with.

I have been in sales over 18 years as I said before, and as ANYONE in sales knows, your name can NEVER be cleared once you get it tarnished.

I have filed a Law Suit, because of the wages they owe me as well as future earnings, and the costs it will take for me to go back to school and leanr a new profession. I refuse to move, and I cant sell here anymore... what else is a fella to do.

I will win this lawsuit because of ONE thing.... I KEPT impeccable records, and recorded every telephone call I had with them, YES even the ones on my cellular. Had I not, I would be out a lot of money, time and future earnings.

Remember this... If YOU deal with Encore, COVEr your backside. Keep copies of evey form, sale, apointment, phone call, e-mail, contact, or other form of media or promise. If you dont they will tell a bold faced lie and say it never happened.

Also know that if you do sign on with them, do it ina a community that YOU DONT LIVE IN. Honestly, you will never be able to look those people in the face again. Thankfully i have a very forgiving community, and they have coem to realize I was being lied to just as much as they were. But dont count on this for your community.

PEOPLE.... Be safe, Be blessed but mostly BE HONEST with your customers, with your friends & family and certainly with YOURSELF.

This is NOT a good Opportunity, this is not even a poor opportunity, its NO OPPORTUNITY at all. Unless you call giving away a lot of money an opportunity.
