Encore -United Caring Association Joseph Mary@erinsuranceassociates.com They told me 90% of the physicians accpted the plan in my area. That it was a PPo, covering Wellness care, dental, visual hospitalization etc. Nationwide

Afer talking with a friend who had a simllar experience,I founf them listed on this "RIP OFF" site and I am working with my bank to cancel the account. I will attempt to call them directly to cancel the account on Monday am. This appears to be a Credit card. not health insurance.
