Endurance vehicle warranty Would not honor the coverage they promised Internet

 Purchased this auto warranty policy for a used truck the policy was   $3600.00.After a month of having the truck there were issues with the def system check engine light came on and i took it to the dealer to get looked at.  The dealer informed me it needed a computer reprogramming  called endurance and they stated the there was no coverage because there was no part being replaced. So i bit the bullet on that paid $122.00 out of pocket for that so i could get my truck back on the road. Afew weeks after being repaired the cel light came back on took it back to the dealer and was told the def tank was needing to be replaced at a cost of $786.00 The next morning i get on the phone with endurance and again they denied coverage saying that the def box was not covered.

Over the phone they sell you a policy like its the best in the world great coverage stated multiple times but when u file a claim its to a completely different company wh o then refers you back to endurance to dispute a claim, talk about the run  around! After canceling this warranty not only to you have to write a cancelation letter to them but it takes 30 days or more to receive a partial refund! PArtial refund! really this company hasnt done anything for me yet they want to keep part of my money after having them for a little over a month...This company is a scam tell you what you want to hear over the phone then find every possibly scenario not to honor what they sold you.
