Endure marketing solutions is a scam. They dress up the company to look professional with its website and interviews but don't be fooled, this is a glorified pyramid scheme.

You will go on the 1st round interview and it will be very vague. Go head and ask them if it's door to door because it is. I have no problem with door to door but they dance around it and dodge the question. Then you be brought back for a 2nd round interview. This is basically shadowing a sales rep for the day. During lunch they will tell you that this is just a stepping stone to management, they call it the management training program. They will lie about how much the make. They'll tell you they make 600-900 per week but most of their reps average 200-300 per week if that. I've seen a lot of people quit good jobs to work there.

When you start you train for 1 week without pay. They give $100 after you make your first sale. So after clicking about 65 hours you'll get $100. The hour are Monday - Friday 11:30 9:00 and Saturday 11:00 -4:30. once you get out on your own you're gonna be working 65-70 hours as I was and barely making ends meet. However they make it seem like you are sacrificing now because in less than 1 year you'll be a manager making 6 figures.

I fell into their trap and it ruined almost 2 years of my life. I ended up selling all of my xbox game just to be able to afford gas and food, my xbox, ps3, and 50 inch tv. I thought it would all pay off in the end but it didn't. The people there pretend to be your friend but will talk about you to other reps behind your back especially Danielle the administrator. I was friends with the manager I actually saw him get promoted. at least I thought we were friends. After a year and a half I couldn't take it and found a better job. When I told him it was my last week he fired me 2 days later via text message, real professional.

one of my friends that worked there was upset because for the 3rd Friday in a row the paychecks didn't come in so he was upset. The manager Jim had the nerve to tell one of the other reps that that's not the kind of person I want working for me. How can you be mad at some because they're upset they didn't get their check for the 3rd straight week.

Endure marketing solutions is a cydcor office and a glorified pyramid scheme they don't care about you and there is no opportunity there. They just need you to make a few sales to make them money. That's it. That place has more turnover than Tony Romo. Don't be fooled. Google Cydcor. scam is the first thing that comes up. I did when I first started but I didn't listen they got me dont let them get you. Remember if looks like a duck.....

if you have any questions message me.

The truth

That response is clearly written by a CURRENT not Ex employee. Let me break it down for you guys.

I'm not going to go into the interviewing practices and the companies atmosphere because everything everyone has posted is factual. Cydcor and its hundreds of branches is a pure PYRAMID scam - its simple as that. If that works for an individual, best of luck but to most young kids out of school they don't know any better. They are looking to jump start a career which COULD happen with an office but as stated maybe 1% make it to so called "management" and "ownership."

So you have the executives who have been there from the beginning. They strike deals with these companies to represent them - VERIZON, AT&T, QUILL, QWEST Etc.. their pitch - let us sell your services and you only pay us when we sell. At that point they assign these companies to the markets in which they need further rmarket share. That's where the sales force - feet on the street, come in - One sells 3 business lines to JUICE Inc. VERIZON contractually agrees to pay CYDCOR ( not the branch office ) $240.00 for each line sold. You the sales person makes $120.00 per sale, the office makes $60  and where does the rest go? You got it, Cydcor. Everyone makes money off of you.....pyramid scheme

FACTS
- Avg age of reps 23-26
- They do not withhold taxes
- 100% commission
- No employee health care - on your own - that may change now with branches of 50 or more with national health care law
- No dental - on your own
- No retirement plan options - on your own
- No expense reimbursement - on your own
- Hours - Mon-Fri 11 AM - 9 PM some offices work Sat 10-5 depending upon client
- Have to wait 2 weeks for 1st pay check
- Have to wear a suit
- Its COLD CALLING period
- Expect 1-2 stops to close a sale
- The markets and territories are saturated
- People stand in a circle and clap - high fiving on sales - ring a bell/gong - LAME!
- If you dont give in to the culture, become involved in company outings, question management on practices - you will be forced out
- Calling in sick raises red flags
- Being late you may be scolded
- Lots of partying - hooking up with employees - like any company but Cydcor and branches dont care as long as you sell
- Build your team off of management interviews - sell them on day interview - get them starting - retain them to build your team
- Typically need 5-7 team member who then need 3-4 of their own members - maintain team sales - promote you to assistant manager. So you need people selling who need people selling..... Pyramid scheme

- Manager then calculates team commissions and sets up a fund for you to start your own branch
- Promoted to management enough money is made to open office - typically $10,000
- Give you 3 city options to move with your 5 team members - to question them on not wanting to move will be fround upon - they will say your not dedicated or some BS
- Convince 5 team members to move with you to start your office and assign you a client in that city
- No expenses paid - moving, gas etc... ON YOUR OWN
- Then you start a company, legally under your name and tax number and pay the fees and taxes as any normal small business
- BUT your manager, his her manager and so on to the top all make a dime off your office sales. BUT you need to pay the taxes of course not Cydcor!!
- They suck you in with good times, meeting BS celebrities, pretend to give back to the community to try and make them look legit

Like people have stated they sell the dream and I know not 1 person who I started with there - we all made it to management - that are still with Cydcor. As you get older you realize what your involved with and you move on - as hard as you had worked, time you dedicated, debt you brought forth - the executives don't care - they say - NEXT! As long as the doors keep moving and sales come in the door through young people they keep making money.

So, if that's the atmosphere for you and you want to give it a run, I wish you luck but be aware, do not trust them!! They will stab you in the back to save face and their a*s - remember they are as brain washed as the reps but at least making good money. Dont ever forget 1% - Its very very hard to make it to that level like in any other position with any other company. I personally have found you can find wonderful companies in outside sales that give you growth opportunities, benefits, retirement plan, security, support - Don't fall for the BS dream they sell and dont listen to anyone who tells you that you can make 6 figures so quickly - if its too good to be true, it most likely is AKA CYDCOR and all their offices. Good luck!

Typical

POSTED: Wednesday, October 30, 2013

To shed even more light on the individual posting this "complaint," he is just another low class individual who is disgruntled with his own choices and mistakes and just wants everyone else to suffer. To anyone reading this, I reference the State Farm "French Model" commercial, the blonde thinking you can't put anything on the internet that isn't true, which this shows you sure can.

I won't mention this posters name since he'd like to hide behind his computer screen, but he did make it pretty obvious to those closest to him so who knows.

But to respond, the company advertises their job openings as mainly "Entry-Level" and "Sales and Marketing," which are both very true. They also say "Management Training" which is also very true, I've seen many people including myself reach this position. Does it take 6 months? No, not typically at all, mainly 1-3 years, but what management position does? Target? Haha you were asking for it at this point.

The interview process is actually pretty awesome. It SHOWS you exactly what you'll be doing on a daily basis. If it's not your cup of tea, ummm DON'T DO IT. Be an adult and make your own choices, it's certainly not for everyone and it's not easy, but the hard is what makes it great in the end. Can you work at McDonald's and eventually be an executive? Can you play baseball all your life and go to the majors? Certain people can and certain people do but the VAST majority don't. If it were easy we'd all be walking around millionaires. It's called life, life is hard especially for the mentally weak.

There are plenty of jobs and opportunites out there for everyone. Personally I could never be in the food industry and serving people, but for others they love it and are great at it. If you're looking for jobs, go on interviews, if it intrigues you try it out for a bit, if it's not for you then move on and find what you're looking for. If it is for you awesome, work hard and you will get what you deserve. Just because it isn't for you though, doesn't mean it's not for the next person. We all need food servers and bartenders just like we need sales people and computer nerds.

I hope this poster stops occupying his life with his video games, comic books, and while he works his newest job, isn't sitting around in parking lots and mcdonalds instead of working. Maybe THEN you'll actually make it somewhere in this world.

The air is nice at the top. Cheers.
