Energizer batterys phone reps stephen phone rep Andrew First started with saying I recharged batteries "too many times" then theyJust keep requesting more and more info, Nationwide
Energizer customer service just gave me the run around, like they wanted picture of batteries so I sent pics, then they wanted picture of "front and back of battery . .
After a week of back and forth I was told by Andrew " I bought expired batteries well their is no expiration date on package" and I was told next time " don't buy expired batteries. I really feel they get paid to "deny any warranty claims pay outs" I never had this much problem with other company's.
And we are only talkin bout $18.00. these are rechargeable batteries, not alkaline battery's as yes alkaline batt. have expiration date on package
