enet action card is a scam that first calls you and offers a "too good to be true" credit card offer (3% fixed, 5,000 limit, no annual fee). First, they need a deposit of $159. Once they receive the funds, they said that you will be able to use the $159 towards new purchases.

To get the great offer you have to agree to a "trial" membership to an Auto Rescue service and a Long Distance Phone service. They said once you receive the materials, you can cancel.

The information from the services never arrives, so you don't get an opportunity to cancel and so the funds of $99.00 and $54.90 are withdrawn from my account. Calling MCFS (800-276-3079) gets you nowhere.

The enet action cards never came and they said there was a problem in shipping them (for 4 months!). Now they say it will take another month to reveiw my claim to get a refund. I've given up trying to get the $99 and $54.90 and it looks like I'm also out the $159 that started this.

i was employed by v.c.s inc (better known to you as e-net action card) located at 1400 n mcclintock in phoenix az. the telephone number for the actual building is, or should i say was 480-921-1288. the reason for my post is because i was just "laid off" and they STOLE my last two paychecks and taking the money that i had already made and dropped one to $5.15/per hour for all hours already worked instead of my actual wage and pretended to send other checks, which i came to find out through everyone else who worked there, doesn't come. i had worked there for around 6 months and became a 'verifier', the one who records you so that they could steal your money.

i have a the script that they used to rip you off. it is as follows:
I'm required to review your information to make sure there are no clerical errors on your account. For your protection, as well as ours this call is being recorded, ok? Today's date is___, please state your first and last name.
You have taken advantage of our E-net action card credit offer; the information you have given us was used for the credit approved of $5000. You will receive your e-net action card, which includes your memeber ID and password in 14 to 21 business days after your final payment beginning with your post date of ____, and we do have permission to draft your account on that date correct? (MUST SAY YES) . Simply follow the instructions provided. If your membership fee of 4 weekly installments of $39.75 is returned for any reason they will draft the maximum state allowable fee. YOu can request a full refund of the $159 membership fee at anytime. Once you have purchased an item your membership fee is nonrefundable. Each month you will receive a billing statement showing the amount of credit you have available and payment coupons for purchased items.

E-net action card refers to the credit issued to you by purchasing items with enetactioncard.com. If for any reason that you decide to cancel or need more time to have your initial payment available contact customer service two days in advance. You do understand the terms and conditions corrects? (must obtain yes or correct).

As a special bonus we would like to offer you 10 day memberships in the Dial 4 Less, Westbrook Auto Club, and Sentry HOme Protection programs. Westbrook auto club will protect you in the event that your car is in need of emergency roadside assistance, and Sentry home protection will cover you if something happens to your home and belongings or if you are forced from your home in an emergency.

now the thing that irritated me most about the script is that when you people would get into the script, you don't really know what's going on until we would say "is that a yes or i need a response" then the customer would just automatically say yup or something to that degree. if in the middle of the recording a pertinent question arose, they would stop the recording and tell them not to ask questions until after they get their file number at the end of the call, that's when the recording stops. i was good at my job of selling it, little did i know that we were screwing people out of their hard earned money. for all the money that you hard working people lost for trusting me and my company, i am truly sorry! on my part i am filing claims against them with the better business bureau, (won't do anything, they'll just have another name) the police, f.b.i, attorney general and one or two more tricks up my sleeve. and i will have ALL of them jailed for what they did to ME, oh and the customers too. if i work, i d**n well better get paid my wage and for the time worked and i deserve to get my last checks. oh, harvey, hi. ty, congrats on the kid.
