Engine And Transmission World Took my money though I called to cancel my order within 30 minutes Nationwide

I orderd and engine for $1025 from this company early saturday morning and paid for it, then I had a gut feeling to do more research online about them and was not happy with what I was reading. They had a very poor rating BBB.  I decided this was not a good company to do business with and wanted to cancel my order. I called them back about 30 minutes later but was not able to speak to anyone , I guess they suddenly got too busy. I emailed them stating that I needed to cancel my order. I received an automated email response. I kept calling until someone in sales finally answered. I told them I needed to cancel an order that I placed a short while ago but I was told that only the billing department can cancel my order and that they are closed on saturday and that I should call them on Monday. I called again Monday and was fianally able to speak to someone. I told them I needed my order cancelled. They cancelled my order but refused to refund the entire amount, stating that there is a 25% restocking fee. I paid $1025 and they only refunded $769 and kept my $256. They kept the money for an order that I contacted them to cancel within 30 minutes of placing order. Their so called billing department was closed on the weekend and I called again early Monday to cancel again and they still kept my money. This company and a joke and a scam. please take your money somewhere else. I still cannot beleive they are allowed to still be in business. They are crooks.
