I opened me June phone bill and was shocked to see a company named Voicexpress billing me on my child's phone line $13.54 for a service not rec' nor ask for the parents permission since I'm the parent and the account holder with At&t. I called At&t and was referred to another company by the name of Enhanced Services Billing Inc. which I was on hold for about an hour. I looked up the company on the internet while I was on hold and got mad! So when I found the company was a rip-off and the federal trade commission was taking action. So when a human from this rip-off company got on the phone I yelled ! If you need to get help with this company go to the Federal Trade Commission online www.ftc.gov or call them 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357). Also email or call your States Attorney! It's hard to believe that a group of company's can make money off billing for services that are not ask for or received. How many elder adults and handicap people and also people on low income fall victim to this scam? The FTC stated to me never to pay this bill and I promise I won't!

The company is a Crammer and will try to get you to pay for service that you have not ordered by telling you that you did on the web. Stand your ground and refuse too. By the Federal Trade Commission law you don't have to pay for third party billing on your phone bill. Get the fact and call the FTC. Report the company and help stop this Crammer Fraud.
