Enigma Cellular monitoring software only works on certain phones - and they will not tell this prior to purchase! Internet

Enigma Cellualr sells cell phone monitoring software that can be use a parent's phone (the monitoring phone) to stealthly and remotely monitor a child's phone (the target phone) in terms of calls and texting.  Their website and videos on U-tube depict how easily the software works on all monitoring phones.  Until you purchase the software (with a zero return policy) they never state that the target phone must operate on a Microsoft system.  This is however stated almost immediately in the maunal that accompnaies the purchase.  Furthermore, the manual also states that for some target phones, a data card must remained attacehd (super glued?) to the target phone for the software to work - sometihing that my teeenage so would be sure to notice.  Emails expressing my disatisfaction have gone unanswered.
