In May of 2014, we contracted Enterprise Auto Transport through the owner Rena A to transport our vehicle from Florida to Wisconsin.  We elected to pre-pay on our American Express to avoid paying COD.  We paid $950 on 5/31/14.  Our vehicle was picked up on 6/26/14.  Upon delivery on 6/28/14 in Wisconsin, the driver demanded $800 cash to get our vehicle.  After a conversation with Rena, in which she claimed there was a miscommunication with the driver, she said she would refund our pre-payment via our American Express.  We then paid the driver to get our car.

After a week or so there was not a credit to the American Express.  My husband emailed Rena and she said it would be easier to send us a check.  After a few weeks, we still did not receive a check.  Rena claimed it was sent back to her saying the address was undeliverable.  We have asked for it to be resent FedEx or UPS to make sure we get it.  We have never received the check.

We have sent multiple emails, left messages, and posted on their Facebook Page with no communication.  I have filed a compaint with the BBB and I am going to file a complaint with the American Moving and Storage Association.

If Rena denies this I have copies of emails with the communication to prove our side of the story.  

I may be out $800, but I want to make sure no one else uses this company and is ripped off too.

I have been in conversation with Rena and we are working out the situation.  I believe she is making a good faith effort to rectify the situation.

Dear Sarah,

Four months later? Never filed a dispute with the credit card company? And you go here write a bad review and expect help now after damaging a companies reputation. I have copies of the fed ex.  I am the owner of the company as of tomorrow. I have no reason to lie because this does not involve me. I can tell you right now this is a lie because Im looking into the system, I see a refund issued by the company and a check sent. I am looking at a file with the reciept showing confirmation of delivery. If your going to file false allegations against this company we wont respond or help you until they are removed.
