 Called Enterprise Car Rental on July 19th about renting a car(any size) once a week(22 days) the rest of 2013, starting on July 23rd. July 22nd I had heard nothing and called to see why noone got back with me. A Jen called me back asking again what I needed.

     I told here what I had told Amanda. I wanted a car 1 day a week the next 22 weeks then once a week every week in 2014. She said she would get back with me, and set me up for the next day to pick up car in Clearfield(Jen never got back to me to this day).

     I got the car(on 23rd July), and noticed an hour later it had an expired tag. I called 800 # and talked to a guy for about 40 minutes. I returned the car by 8:30pm(picked up at 5:30) and dropped keys in box. I was told on phone a total refund would come. It did not, only deposit. Took a couple phone calls to get back my 46.00 and change. Took 4 weeks to get 18.00 I spent to fill tank.

    I called to complain and was sent to Mr Nettles, Then to Mr. Hutterer, neither of which ever called me back. They sent my complaints to a Bill Zettlemoyer. Who did give me back the 46.00 for car I couldn't use cause of expired tag. I complained again about dirty cars and noone getting back about set price for all the renting I wanted to do for the next 1 and a half years.. He seemed, to me, to not really care about anything I was saying.

   The next car I picked up had a cough flemball stuck and dried up on inside windshield. I had to stop and clean it myself 8 miles down the road. Next car had a 3 day old McDonalds reciept and x-mass tree air freshener laying on floorboard frontseat areas.

    They all always told me for 4-5 weeks I would never be charged for 2 days if I picked up at 5:15 to 5:30 and got back an hour or 2 after they cloed at 5:30. I always made it back in time though. But after my complaints, I went to pick up car on Aug 7th and had 102.00 not 52.00. She said it was open ended ticket. They know its 1 day. I told them 15-20 times, just 1 day a week. So I think they are going to pull a fast 1 by hoping I bring back past 6pm and they charge me extra. She had contract made out for 4:40pm(which Mark threw in my face when I got back at 4:04 next day). I didn't get car till 5:15. Seems they were out to backstab me for my complaint calls!

   I canceled my nexts week reservation and am now left with noway to rent cars in this area, as Enterprise is the only game in town. They know this and screwed me on purpose hoping I just went away. Well I will not go away!

Alright tough guy, first off I think we all know who the real moron is here. I guess someone doesn't know how to type without taking the CAPS lock off right? Not sure where you learned to write but I learned back in the second grade so if you'd like I can recommend someone to help you out with your problem. And you say I didn't read what you wrote, I read everything and you contradict yourself. First you say that you were always back in time and then you say you left the keys at times for the branch to get in the morning. Well if the keys are not there at the end of the night before they close then you are not back in time.  Read your contract it is a 24hr billing cycle and anything beyond that they have every right to charge you an additional day. By you bringing a vehicle back after hours denies that branch a chance to rent that vehicle again that day and make additional revenue.  Think about it and put yourself in their shoes.  I know you would know nothing about business though as more then likely you are just a french fry supervisor at the local McDonalds, so I can't expect much from you.  I have dealt with this branch many times and know they bend over backwards with everyone and I have also see customers such as yourself in there that feel the world is owed to them because their life blows and they just want to make everyone else miserable.  You are exactly what is wrong with this country and instead of trying to work with people you expect everything to be handed to you on a silver platter. Let me ask you this if you don't like their service then why not travel to another location even if it is a distance away? Oh that's right because you know that each time you rent you will find something wrong and b*tch and complain like the b*tch you are.  How about you tell me where you work and I will come there and make your life a living hell. Sound like a deal? This branch and its people are fantastic and it's ashame they have to deal with a scumbag such as yourself. Again grow up Peter Pan.

YOU ARE A MORON, PERIOD!! MANAGE MY TIME YOU SAY. I STATED, I ALWAYS GOT BACK IN TIME. LOOKS LIKE YOU DIDNT EVEN READ MY REPORT. I CAN'T CONTROL TRAFFIC, ROADWORK HOLDUPS, ACCIDENTS THAT MAY HOLD PEOPLE UP, CAR TROUBLE(flat tire, etc.). SO BEFORE YOU JUDGE ME, a*****e, READ THE WHOLE REPORT.  I WAS TOLD OVER AND OVER, I WOULD NEVER BE CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS AS LONG AS THEY HAD KEYS BY THE TIME THEY OPENED THE NEXT DAY. WAS TOLD THE SAME THNG BY THE PERSON FROM PITTSBURGH THAT, AFTER 2 WEEKS, CALLED ME.

HOW ARE U RELATED TO 1 OF THOSE I MENTIONED? OR BETTER YET, WHICH 1 ARE YOU THAT I METIONED?

GLAD YOU WOULD ENJOY COUGH FLEMBALL ON INSIDE WINDSHIELD OF THE CAR YOU RENT. GALD YOU WOULD ENJOY ALWAYS HAVING TO CLEAN INSIDE WINDOWS EVERY TIME YOU RENT. GLAD YOU ENJOY CLEANING PREVIOUS RENTERS TRASH. GLAD YOU WOULD ENJOY ILLEGALLY DRIVING A CAR WITH AN OUT OF STATE EXPIRED TAG. GLAD YOU WOULD ENJOY BEING LIED TO. GLAD YOU WOULD BE OK WITH BEING IGNORED AFTER CALLING AND BEING TOLD YOU WILL BE CONTACTED, THEN NEVER BEING CONTACTED.

It still amazes me that there are people like you that feel that they are entitled to this, that and everything in this world. I have personally dealt with this Enterprise location in the past and the accusations that you are making against this branch and it's employees are ludicrous.  The employees at this location are a prime example of what GREAT customer service is about and you my friend are a prime example of what is wrong with this country. I know that the employees here do everything and anything to make sure they take the greatest care of their customers possible. Unfortunatly there are people such as yourself who just look for something to complain about just because you feel something is owed to you. As far as charging you an extra day, READ THE CONTRACT. It's called a 24 hour billing cycle and if the vehicle is not returned in that time frame the branch has every right to charge you additional hours or days. It is not their fault that you are unable to manage your time and stick to what the contract states. I would love to see what you would complain about if they gave you a brand new vehicle. Renting a car is not a right its a PRIVLEGE and you need to realize that and take a good long hard look in the mirror and realize what a piece of crap that you really are. I would love to know where you work so I could come in there and treat you the way you treated this branch. They are some great people and I will continue to do business with them in the future and I truly hope that you can grow up Peter Pan and act like an adult. Have a great evening!

 Has been a week and noone has contacted me on these matters. All I got was an Enterprise Bot-E-Mail saying to email them again. Well I have emailed Enterprise rent a car so many times on this matter with no conclusion...With Enterprise...THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG!!
