Enterprise Rent A Car Scam Encinitas California
*UPDATE Employee: Enterprise Cares
*Consumer Comment: Did I miss something?
I rented a car at their economy monthly rate. They charged me over 4 times this and also refused to pick up the car, breaking into the private neighborhood and deflating the tire. They were asked multiple times to get the car. I believe they were intent on charging me the most they could regardless of what was agreed upon. They knew I had been in a large accident and tried to sell me a car as well.

In looking at your post I am a bit confused.
When you rent a car, you receive a contract with the rate you are paying on that contract. So just how did you get to 4-times that amount?
Then I have rented Enterprise before and I have nver had them come and "pick up" the car. When I am done with the rental I return it to the location I rented it from and then they take me back home. Does this extra cost have anything to do with you not returning the car as scheduled?
As for them breaking into a private neighboorhood and deflating all of the tires? Exactly why would THEY do this?
