On 9/11/14 I rented a Chevy Tahoe while my car was getting service. Enterprise Picked me up from my home and this is the only part of my experience with Enterprise that was great, it went downhill from there.

Vehicle was dirty at the time of pick-up

Just after I pulled out I realized the radio / Nav screen wasnt working. I turned around and the gentleman how had helped me was with another customer and everyone seemed to busy to help me with this issue. (the driver who picked me up actually seen me come back and was trying to get someones attention to resolve this)

I decided to deal with this radio issue in order to just get on with my evening so I just left again.

I didnt drive it the following day

2 days later, I went to leave with the rental and the engine was cutting in and out and a message on the dash said reduced engine power. There was also a message that said 4 wheel drive needed serviced.

I called the location I rented from off South Lindbergh Rd in St. Louis, Mo. and had a horrible experience with a gentlemen by the name of Corey. He advised me that I would need to ride with a tow truck driver to the Airport location because I am responsible for this vehicle until the lease is closed. I expressed concern about riding with a strange person for 45 minutes and that it wasnt going to be able to work that way and asked if there was another option. I asked if he could have the vehicle picked up and I would just find an alternitive remedy for the week and he again said no and that i am resposible for the vehicle and that its my job to make sure the vehicle got returned, not his.

He went on to tell me to read the leasing agreement that I signed so I got off the phone shocked by the way I was treated.

I called Roadside assistance and they are sending a tow-truck to pick it up.

I will follow up with this if I have any further problems ( deposit credited, Contract issues, Etc.)

As of right now there is only been 13 miles put on the vehicle
