Enterprise Rent-A-Car Unauthorized Charges Raleigh North Carolina

I rented a car from Enterprise, for one week...they charged me $233.00 for the amount of the rental plus $100.00 deposit due to the fact that I used my visa check card and that is there company policy, so that made my rental amount 333.00 which was drafted out of my account...to my surprise Enterprise went back in my account unauthorized by me and drafted another $120.63...well once they did that, they thru my checking account into a negative balance...now for two weeks after returning the vehicle I have been trying to get them to reimburse me for the overdraft fees that I incurred by there mistake, if thats what you want to call it...I call it a ripoff...however I requested corporte numbers and addresses which they refuse to give me...but I will track it down and report them...I spoke to Enterprise on Monday March 9th and they ensured me that I would be refunded for the overdraft fees, well today is March 11 and I still did not have it in my account...so I called there office back and spoke to the same person from Monday...and he claims he did it...but had me on the phone for 5 minutes as he was just refunding me my overdraft fees...my advice to anybody out there DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE! THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTIST AND THEY WILL GO IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.
