I rented a car for a weekend and had a small scratch which not visible and just needed a paint over and enterprise is charging me $1500USD for it because according to them labor is worthy $1010USD to pain a small scratch which they stated that paint costed $140USD. I have not paid the bill yet. This is a total ripoff as I had check with multiple companies who stated they would have charged me $250USD to get it done and if get someone I know to do would cost me $76USD. This is a rip off and my insurance don't want to cover the bill. I have contacted Damage Recovery Unit # 866 206 6961 and I can get to anyone its a recording which then hangs up on me. This is a total ripoff as I even have pictures as proof.
I'm not planning on paying this extended amount of bill.
Anyone has the DRU right phone#, would appreciated.
