I worked for this company as a licensed Branch III termite inspector for a period of about 3 weeks. After not receiving pay, reimbursment of expenses, or anything else that was promised to me when starting work, i quit. The worst part of this was when i attempted to collect my paycheck, they stated that they had paid someone else for the work i performed and that the reports they had on file were not mine which is fraudulent.

The owners of the company promised me an agreed amount of pay along with a company vehicle and a full time position as an Inspector. After about 3 weeks of performing inspections, using my own vehicle and gas, i told them i would no longer continue working becuase they did not fulfill their end of the deal.

They refused to pay me for the any of the time i worked there, they refused to reimburse me for the gas i used in my own vehicle, and even went as far as saying that i didnt perform the work i said i had done and stated that someone else performed the work. I have documents with my state license number from the state of California along with signed contracts with homeowner signatures along with my signature showing proof that i did in fact perform the work.

By having someone other than myself on state reports which i have performed inspections for, and paying someone else for work that i performed, they have conducted fraud. I have since gone to the labor board and I am reporting them to any and all agencies i can. My advice is do not do business with this company, you will save yourself a lot of time and money.
