Enterprise Car Rental ripoff, high pressure, lying Denver Colorado

Took my car to to be fixed for body work. They called Enterprise to get me a rental. Enterprise promised me a Cavalier type rental for $17 a day. When I got over there they wanted $22 a day for the Cavalier and said the $17/ a day was only good for the Geo Metro w/ no power steering. I took the Cavalier for$22 a day and returned it after just one day. I didn't like being ripped off.
I also found when I returned it that they don't even carry the Geo Metro. All lies to get more money.

Rip off or mistake?

AUTHOR: Jason - (U.S.A.)

Could have been an honest mistake. Did you attempt to ask why you were quoted one thing and charged another? If they said they made a mistake, you were welcome to either accept that or walk.

I can tell you that checking online Enterprise offers the Cavalier for $38.09/day. The rate you received was probably a special rate set up with the body shop, and when you deal with special rates, there is the chance a mistake will be made.
