Entertainment Personnel Services JR, J.R Driver opportunity SCAM!! Anaheim, California

 Hello, I am a professional driver. I was with other agencies who were just flat out sketch and then I found J.R.'s post on backpage.com and I contacted him and he said if I paid him 360.00. He could get me clients and would advertise for me so we agreed on a 90 dollar first payment. So I paid him 90 and within two days he got me a top notch model and I made my original investment back in the first night and then some!! I was Blown away!!! I cant believe the kind of capital I am making!! I was so excited I called him back after my first night and wanted to thank him and send him my second payment. When we discussed the second Payment he said " just send another 90 and we are square" He gave me a 50% discount on what we had originally agreed on! That is good business right there!

J.R. does genuinely care about his clients. He is always there to answer my questions and he coaches me on every aspect of this business. The 180 I paid him was the best investment I have ever made in my life!! I hear others say that if you have to pay for employment then its not a job. Thats bull. It takes money to make money. I paid and now I get paid. There are other companies out there but I will definitely stick with J.R. and Entertainment Personnel Services. This company is Legit and will keep you out of trouble. Other agencies I joined up with just cared about their money and would care less about your safety and how much you make but J.R. made sure that I got what I paid for. He is an incredibly intelligent human being and will have you making dough in no time. I highly recommend Entertainment Personnel Services. I will be with this company for the rest of my career life. I can see that early retirement can be a reality with this business.      

I've known JR for about a year now. I have come to know him as a very friendly, professional, honest, and conscientious business man. He is very concerned about making sure his clients are well taken care of. He also consistently emphasizes the importance of not only making sure his clients understand the conditions of their contractual relationship with his service, but also that they understand their own responsibilities under the terms of their contract with EPS. The author of the above post has evidently not followed his responsibility in keeping in regular contact with his service to insure a steady flow of driving referrals. I'm pretty sure that if the author would contact him directly, he would do everything he could within reason to help the poster (if he was or is an actual client) to successfully work within this industry.

I came across Entertainment Personnel Services from an add that was posted over the Internet and that they were hiring Drivers for Adult Entertainment Industry and at the same time I was looking for something that could help supplement my income and to support myself.

 I told myself that I know I can drive and all they need was a reliable car, insurance and be at least 18 years an older. So, I said to myself 'what an opportunity' and this is a win win situation. I was impressed with the description of the add; brief and straight to the point and beautifully
narrated. 

Fair enough when I called the number listed a gentleman answer the phone and he said "Entertainment Personnel...this is JR speaking" He was the owner of the company and he was very professional and articulate by nature so I am glad that I came to the best man in the business.

We set up an appointment to meet him at his office in Anaheim; Disneyland is just few minutes away so the location was strategic; and I told myself this has to be a good company. When I walked into the office, I was impressed with the whole set up and there is so much energy in the
place.

JR greeted me and said I'm glad you made it! On the hand I am glad too! JR explained the program about driving for the Adult Entertainment Industry so I though that this should be really fun. First and foremost I learnt that this company has been established for more than 30 years and plus they have an A rating from the Better Business of Bureau; that seals the deal.

Its a 24 hour Industry and one can work 7 days a week if they like. The money is good because you can make around $500 to $700/week and each driving assignment that you do was $60-$80 per hour plus tips for gas.

So, I told myself that if we make just 2-3 runs in a night that's about $200- $300 per night and
that is good money just working on a part time basis. They also have a Driver Model Team program which is such a fabulous system and totally unheard of in the entire country.
 
All it takes was; they charge a sign up fee which they intend to use it for marketing and advertising services to other models and agencies to capture business for their drivers and I just have to call in according to my availability.

So, we went ahead and put everything in writing and JR handed my copy of the contract and he gave me a driving manual and he educated me about the legal aspects about driving for the adult entertainment industry and he explained to me about the Transportation Contract.
 
I am amazed the fact that JR is dedicated enough to go an extra mile to teach and guide his people about the job in the first place but more important the legal aspects to protect them from any liabilities and to ensure their safety.

This distinguishes them from other agencies in the business. So, I went back home excited, read the manual and called in the next day for my availability and I was referred a model right away and we made some runs and she paid me exactly like what JR quoted in the beginning and I have already got back my sign up fee within 2 days.
 
The rest of the assignments I am doing right now is just profit. I am just thrilled with the opportunity and I am amazed making good money driving for the adult entertainment industry with this kind of economy. I am very thankful to JR!

Hi. I'm J.R. the owner of Entertainment Personnel Services. With the age of the internet and rip off reports people can literally fabricate false statements just to justify their personal viewpoint, whether true or false.   We are accountable to our clients as an advertising and referral service and we truly care about our clients.

We have been involved in marketing drivers to the entertainment industry for over 30 years and our policies have not changed. We are  responsible as an agency to use the funds that we receive from our clients to market our clients to the adult entertainment industry. Entertainers who call in make the decision whether a particular driver fits their needs. Referrals are not a guarantee of employment. The  Entertainers respond to our advertisements based on their need for transportation services. 

 We are the advertising and referral agent. We run a general advertisement and the sign up fees support that general advertisement.  All referrals are contingent on market conditions which means we do not control the industry and we do not control whether a model decides to use a particular driver or not.

If client drivers participate in our program and check in on a regular basis and if we're not successful helping that client we offer a 1/3 refund policy after 90 days. The 1/3 refund policy is based off production numbers that is written in our contract. 

Our prospective clients pay us a membership fee and those funds are used to place advertisements throughout the adult entertainment industry. It is an ongoing expense that requires continous investment and that is what those sign up fees provide.

Here is an example of the expenses: Maintaining an advertisement budget, maintaining 5 phone lines, office expenses, employee and other related operating costs that help maintain our companies integrity.

We also contract with other professionals such as CPA's, Attorney's, and Web-designers for continuous business support.

We have supporting references that show our committment to the industry and to our clients. Yes we're located in Anaheim California. We have on-site building management.  We've known the management in this building for 18 years. Management in this building are very committed to professionalism, integrity and above board business practices to be a tenant of this building.

The following complaint is obviously some client who has posted anonymously and has gotten a refund of 1/3 and is not happy about it. They want to breach the refund of 1/3 on the contract and prefer to receive a full refund which is not our contractual agreement.

This gentlemen obviously has a problem with intelligent professional African American businessman.
