I purchased a $22 parking pass for Post Gazette Pavillion for the Brooks&Dunn, Big N Rich and Warren Brothers concert. I recieved the parking pass. When I received my credit card bill there was a $9 charge that I didn't think I had put on but I figured it was $9 and I could have charged something and just forgot about it. So I paid it and forgot about it until it happened again the next month.

I got suspicious and did a web search and then I got mad. I called my credit card and reported it and disputed it. I figured well I might end up not having to pay for that month but I had already lost $9. I then called Entertainment Rewards to see what their story was.

They said that my husband made the purchase from Ticketmaster and agreed to the terms. I laughed at them and said "No I made that purchase and I did not authorize anything because I don't accept free offers because this is the crap that happens". I figured it was a wasted phone call but I managed to cancel my membership that I never wanted and didn't ask for and didn't know that I had. That was on October 27, 2005.

I just looked at my credit card statement for November and guess what they charged me $9 on October 27th. I was fuming. I got on the phone to them, pressed #1 for questions about my membership and waited. I finally got to talk to someone and I let her have it. I really wasn't mean, I just wasn't my nice self.

I was very firm and I told her that I wanted my credit card credited for $27 and I expected it to be done right away. She tried to give me the spill about how my husband accepted the terms blah blah blah and I shut her down and said no that isn't the way it happened. I then told her again that I wanted my credit card credited for $27 immediately, that is what I expected to be done. I had to hold for about 5 minutes she got back on the phone and said the card would be credited back to my account over the next 1-2 months.

While I was on hold I was listening to their advertisements and your first month with them are to be free. Well that didn't happen. My credit card was charged for the first month I was supposedly a member. I recommend to be very careful ordering from Ticketmaster. Stay completely away from Entertainment Rewards.
