entertainmentstoremeppel.nl Fraud online shopping site Probably in the Netherlands or China Nationwide

I purchased a pair of shoes (brand: Premiata White Lucy Grijs/Geel) online from this website. The company 'entertainmentstoremeppel.nl' put the price for the shoes as €64.66. It mentioned the shoes would be delivered for free, and it did not mention about any other tax/charges anywhere in the website. When I made the purchase, I had following issues:

 1) they overcharged me: they had booked €64.66 for the purchase in my credit-card when I made the purchase, but later on they deducted €68.85 (it was higher than the charge of the shoes).

2) the company did not send any link to track the purchase. So, I had to write to them to ask about it and the wrong amount deducted. They sent me the tracking number, but did not mention where to track. They did not clarify and never clarified about the wrong price deducted even when I enquired about it in the other mails later. 

3) the shoes was not delivered from within the Netherlands, but from China. They did not mention about from where it would be delivered in the website.

4) the shoes arrived more than a month at the postnl. The website mentioned the delivery time between 3-4 days.

5) I had to pay an additional tax and local handling charge (total of €26.85) to the postnl in the Netherlands, which was not clarified before I made the purchase.

6) they sent me a wrong and very awful Nike AirMax shoes.

7) the shoes was a duplicate, not a original Nike Air Max.

8) when I reported about the wrong order, they asked to sell it to another person.

9) when I informed them that I am suspecting them as a fraud site and that I would report it as a fraud site, they started with an offer of a coupon worth €10 as a compensation. Then they offerred €10 with additional coupon. When I did not agree then they finally offerred €15 with additional coupon. However, they have a full refund policy for items that have caused problems by them in their website. They are not willing to follow their policy.

 This is totally a fraud site targeting people residing Netherlands. So, to prevent further potential victims from the purchase at this site, I have filed this report. Hope my situation and concern will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken at the website and protect other potential victims. Thank you!
