A telemarketer contacted me about this septic cleaning product.  I was not interested.  The TM was persistant and offered a free product return if I decided not to use the cleaning compound.  It was easier to have them send the product than argue with the T-marketer and the product did have a guarantee.  The product was a powder and the guarantee was worthless if the product didn't work.  I called for the return label.  The receptionist was uncooperative, rude, and reluctant.  A second lady called back and arranged for the product return.  She was appropriate and efficient.  The company sent multiple invoices after the product was returned.  There is nothing about this product or company that promotes confidence.  I read other "ripoffreports" after I returned the product.
