This company is offering business opportunities at a cost of $25,900. However, they refuse to provide pre-sale disclosure documents. When I pointed out that such documents are required by law in the state where they are registered as an LLC, State of Florida, they say they are not a business opportunity but rather a provider of training. One look at their web site and the full-page ad they have in "Small Business Opportunities" magazine illustrates they are a business opportunity and not just a training provider.

Furthermore, the company says they have been providing these services since 1994. However, they were not registered in the State of Florida until 2002 and do not appear to have ever been registered in the State of Louisiana. The CEO, Darwyn Williams, has been involved with many different companies since 1994, but nearly all of those registrations have been revoked. Mr. Williams is currently a principal in Phoenix-Williams, a company originally registered in Louisiana in 1995, was revoked in 2002 and reinstated in 2003.

Before investing your money in this or any other business opportunity check out the Federal Trade Commission's rules for business opportunities at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/franchise/netfran.shtm

Re: Lisa From Kentucky

AUTHOR: The Watcher - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, March 20, 2013

Lisa From Kentucky should be very glad that her application was turned down by Environmental Waste Solutions because while the rejection stings now it has saved her much frustration and heartache down the road.

The remark made by Diana Shapiro with regards to the rejection by EWS:  "we were concerned about the strict requirements . . ." is spot on.  Darwin Williams and EWS operate and exist only in the shadows and gray areas of the law and the truth is that EWS would never be able to stand up to any sort of close inspection or scrutiny.  I am actually very surprised that Miss Shapiro was that honest and it would not surprise me to learn that Darwin Williams fires her for her honesty.

A common myth that exists about Environmental Waste Solutions and one that they have done nothing to disspell because is the claim that they are "waste recyclers" which is 100% false.  EWS is in the business of hauling garbage and nothing more.

To Lisa From Kentucky, I know it stings now but you were meant for better things and they are out there waiting for you.  In not getting into bed with EWS you dodged a huge bullet.  Good luck to you.

EWS Discriminates against the Disabled

AUTHOR: Lisa P - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, March 19, 2013

For the last TWO full years I have worked very hard to become an affiliate with EWS. I am a disabled mother of three and my resources are limited. I took classes and learned how to write my business plan. It took over 4 months and is over 30 pages long. I put in many long hours doing research and did my due diligence learning about the waste consulting industry and EWS. I googled and spoke with many EWS all across the country. Deciding to start my own business and choosing EWS was not a decision I took lightly. This one decision alone could potentially change my familys' lives for the better.

I had always worked 12 hrs a day 7 days a week until a work injury left me disabled. I refused to accept that label but the inability to sit or stand for long periods of time left a 40 hr work week out of the question. I began researching work for myself from home business opportunities (preferably a "green" business) when I came across the EWS opportunity. I first contacted Donna Fothergill, then the Director of Affiliate Sales. Ms. Fothergill was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I even sent her a copy of my 30+ page business plan once I got it completed. She said she was very impressed at all the hard work I had put into becoming an affiliate and knew I would make a great addition to the EWS team. We stayed in email contact for over a year while I was preparing to start this new chapter in my life.

I then began working with The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, a state and federally funded agency that assists individuals with disabilities in order to obtain or maintain employment. They have a program that helps the disabled with finacially starting their own business. As it is a government program, it is a very lengthy process. Many more long hard hours of hard work to make my dream come true. I knew it would all be worth it in the end. It took over a year, but I finally got that call I had been waiting so long for. The Office of Voc Rehab was going to help me finance my new business opportunity!! My children and I all cried we were so happy. Our lives were finally going to change. We were all so happy. I could not wait to contact MS. Fothergill to tell her the good news. Unfortunately, i found out that Ms. Fothergill was no longer with EWS. I was put in contact with Tom Stang, the new Director of Affiliate Sales. Mr. Stang instructed me to give his information to Voc Rehab and have them contact him directly, which they did. Mr. Stang then replied back to them with the following email:

Tammy,
EWS executive staff has reviewed your information and Vendor Application form and has decided not to participate in the OVR program at this time.  We appreciate your interest in our organization.

Tom Stang
Director of Affiliate Sales
Environmental Waste Solutions, LLC

You can imagine my heartbreak and my disappointment. All my hard work... possibly down the drain.  But I am no quitter! I was not about to let it all go to waste. I continued to work with Voc Rehab to come up with other ideas or ways that we could make my dream come true. Then one day a few months later out of the blue I received an email from Diana Shapiro, the COO of EWS. The email said she was contacting me about my past interest in becoming an affiliate and offering me their new at home online training program. I replied to her immediately with the following email:

Hi Donna,
I am pleased to have received your email today.  I have been trying to become an EWS affiliate for almost two years. I've put in a lot of really hard work to do so. As I am disabled, I have been working with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation to help me start this new business venture. I worked a lot with Donna Fothergill in the past while I spent months writing my business plan. She was very helpful and I understand that due to family responsibilities that she is no longer with the company. The Office of Voc Rehab is ready and willing to pay my affiliate fees of $9,900 but when they contacted EWS to do so, they spoke with a gentleman named Tom Stang. Tom got back with them via email saying that EWS executive staff had declined to accept payment from them. I was absolutely heartbroken. I have put so much hard work and research into this business and I am still working diligently to make my dream come true. I would love to speak with you as soon as possible so that we may work out a solution to make this happen. i look forward to speaking with you soon.

Many Thanks,
Lisa

The very next day, Ms. Shapiro replied to me with the following email:

Hi Lisa,

I got your message and looked into your situation.  The reason we declined was because we were concerned about the strict requirements & documentation  that The Office of Voc Rehab was requiring so we decided to pass, we thought it would be best for you to pursue more of a franchise opportunity rather than a business opportunity like EWS which doesnt have to adhere to as strict requirements, Im sorry.

Diana Shapiro
COO
Environmental Waste Solutions

To own my OWN business and run it my way seems to have ALOT less strict requirements than a franchise. And who is EWS to tell me what is best for me and my family. What does it matter if they receive payment from Voc Rehab or from me directly? As long as they get paid should be their only concern. Why are they afraid to accept payment from Voc rehab? Do they have something to hide? Or do they just not want disabled affiliates? Either way you look at it, I have wasted 2 years of hard work, hopes, and dreams on a total scam company! I have spoken with the EOE concerning the Americans With Disabilities Act and they have recommended that I file a formal complaint against them which I plan to do.

PLease BEWARE of this company!

Environmental Waste Solutions - The Rest Of The Story

AUTHOR: The Watcher - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, December 30, 2011

I read with interest the post by the author, Kevin from Scottsdale, AZ questioning the business model and integrity of Environmental Waste Solutions and its owner, Darwyn Williams and from the sheer amount of negative feedback I have no doubt that not long after this post was made Darwyn Williams was on the telephone calling everyone in his Rolodex begging for their support in his hope of discrediting the author and his comments but what happens in many cases is that instead of quashing a story the story is fueled and finds validity and I certainly think this may be the case here.  What Darwyn Williams should have done was left the story alone to die of neglect but instead he allowed his ego to get
the better of him and by his faux display of outrage he not only given this post a life of its own he has left the question:  what is he trying to hide? unanswered and glaring in the minds of intelligent people.

While I dont know the exact circumstances surrounding his interactions with Environmental Waste Solutions I can say that there is at least some validity to his suspicions and misgivings as born out by my own observations of
Environmental Waste Solutions.  Environmental Waste Solutions is by all accounts a company in a niche market that could be a success and the company has succeeded to a small extent but the company is handicapped and hamstrung by a number of things, not the least of which being a very poor management team and a business model that was not well thought out and is poorly executed.  Environmental Waste Solutions approaches companies and offers, for a fee, to manage their waste and recycling efforts.  EWS implies significant cost savings if their model is followed and they spread the word by way of their affiliate, or to be more accurate, franchisee programs which reduces the costs and risks to Environmental Waste Solutions and Darwyn Williams.

Environmental Waste Solutions is not completely honest and forthright with their clients and vendors. Environmental Waste Solutions holds itself out as a broker when in fact they are not a broker, they are merely a representative.  For Environmental Waste Solutions to actually be a broker they would have to be licensed and abide by the rules and
regulations in each state that they operate in and they are not and they dont which causes problems for their clients in the administration and execution of contracts.  One unbreakable commandment at Environmental Waste Solutions is that we dont sign anything; we pass that responsibility on to our clients and let them take the risks.

One of the largest obstacles to Environmental Waste Solutions success is its management team which is composed for the most part of people the company feels indebted to or who are related to the Owner.  Management strategies and tactics at Environmental Waste Solutions are poorly conceived and just as poorly executed.  People have been placed into key positions in the company who are unqualified and have absolutely no business being there.  The main thing
that is keeping the company afloat is the talent of many of their affiliates who are constantly having to run interference for the mistakes and bad judgment of management.  The companys VP of Client Relations, who in most companies would occupy a lynchpin position, is by many accounts a backward, hayseed sort who seems to feel that his main purpose in life is to prance around spouting arcane platitudes like:  muh grandma always told me that a clawfoot
tub has to land on its bottom.  He spends all of his time prancing around trying to be everyones friend and
whenever a situation presents itself that requires real leadership he hasnt got the faintest idea of what do and he checks out.

The indecision of and inability of management to be able to identify and achieve clear cut and attainable goals is perhaps their largest failing and may very well develop into their Achilles Heel.  Whenever a new client signs on their account
is are placed under the care of an Account Manager to be evaluated and then the client is released to the support staff to be managed and have the account administered.  This step is the biggest failing and the one that will likely prove to be the undoing of the entire company.  Rarely if ever is there any sort of clear cut plan in place as to what to do after a company has been released.  The general attitude seems to be one of we will make it up as we go along.
One of the companies largest accounts which could be their swan song could very well turn into their Waterloo due to the complete and total inability of the Account Manager to effective manage the account, control costs associated with the account, and identify and deal with problems in administering the account.  What was to take three months has now stretched to over a year with no end in sight and the client is growing more and more impatient with each passing day.

Another factor that is holding the company back is the fact that the management is cheap and dangerously so.  They do not spend money on their employees or on their equipment.  Their computer, telephone, and software systems are antiquated and in imminent danger of failing and do fail quite regularly.  The program that is used to manage their client and billing databases is antiquated, horribly outdated, and on the verge of total collapse and they refuse to spend
the money to update and improve their systems despite the fact that they are well aware of the risks.  The management would rather bury their heads in the sand and pretend that everything is ok rather than having to admit there is a problem and then have to spend money to fix it.

In a service oriented business like Environmental Waste Solutions their Customer Support Center should be the crown jewel of the company and occupy a critical place within the organization but sadly the fact is that with Environmental Waste Solutions it doesnt.  Through gross neglect and mis-management the Support Center has been allowed to implode upon itself and deteriorate to the point where it has become all but completely dysfunctional.  In the glaring absence of clear and effective management, back stabbing, infighting, and vicious gossip have become standard fare and occupy the majority of the employees time there.

One of the largest misconceptions about Environmental Waste Solutions, and one that the company has done nothing to dispel, is that they are not in the recycling business; they are in the trash hauling business.  Darwyn Williams and company have not found some magical way to turn trash into fuel, or gold, or glass, or anything of the sort.  Environmental Waste Solutions is in the business of hauling garbage, nothing more and nothing less.

I also read the rebuttal posted by Darwyn Williams and I found it interesting to note that he only addressed one of the issues raised by Kevin from Scottsdale.  Other than that all Mr. Williams failed to provide any additional information to substantiate his rebuttal and only seemed interested in doing was engaging in a pissing contest which again raises the
question of what is he hiding or what is he afraid of?  Darwyn Williams would have been so much better off had he read the post made by Kevin from Arizona and either addressed his concerns or done nothing.  Instead he let his pride and his ego get the better of him and in doing so he has given even the smallest amount of legitimacy and credence to the issues raised which does nothing to help his cause.

The bottom line is that Environmental Waste Solutions is in a niche market with the potential to do good and profit those involved but the company has large problems that it must overcome.  As with all ventures there is risk; investigation
and due diligence are required and the age old caveat certainly applies here:  let the buyer beware.

Untrue and Unfounded Allegations Against an Upstanding Company

AUTHOR: Darwyn williams - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 01, 2010

As owner of Environmental Waste Solutions, LLC (EWS), I can say that this experience has been eye-opening to say the least.  An unidentified person can post a slanderous paragraph full of outright lies about me and my company - and it gets posted for the world to read.  EWS is registered as required.  EWS does provide disclosure documents as required.  I, personally, have not been involved with "many different companies since 1994".  I founded EWS in 1994 and have been the CEO of that firm since then.  Phoenix-Williams, Inc. (a company owned by me) is a member of the LLC that owns EWS.  Me and my company stand above reproach.  This website allows anyone to post anything about anyone without verifying any of the information posted and then dares anyone to sue them.  So, I am rebutting these false and slanderous allegations.

Better Business Bureau has zero complaints filed.

AUTHOR: Gregg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 20, 2008

I was shocked to find the report filed by the gentleman from Arizona. I went through a similar process back in 2002 when I decided to leave Corporate America and strike out on my own. I looked at close to a dozen potential businesses, and narrowed it down to 4. Early on in my due diligence process, I looked each company up in the Better Business Bureau. Environmental Waste Solutions (EWS) had a clean record. I just shot up there today to verify that they still do. Squeaky clean. Here is the link,
http://westflorida.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=47&bbb=0653&firm=18001605

As noble as this man thinks he is being in trying to notify people of some type of scam, one would think that the better measure of a company's poor record and questionable level of integrity would show up from people who have actually signed up as an affiliate, attended the training, and started their consulting business. There have been no complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. If the EWS training and support is a scam, one would imagine that at least one complaint would have been filed. Shouldn't you trust the opinion of the people who committed to the business and not one that just "researched" it?

My guess is that the gentleman was disappointed that EWS was not willing to disclose its training materials and unique insider industry knowledge prior to his commitment to becoming an affiliate. I was skeptical as well. But after the first half hour of the training seminar, and after browsing through the two huge binders of training material, I understood that this was valuable information that cannot be given away for free.

I went to the training seminar in May 2002 and built a successful business. I was fully supported the whole way by EWS. This is a real opportunity to build a successful business. They will provide you with the knowledge and the tools. What you do with them is up to you.

EWS is legit, legal, and passed my rigid scrutiny.

AUTHOR: Ritchie Labate - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 16, 2008

I have been employed in the medical field for the better part of 20 years and addressed my burning desire to own a business and/or diversify over three years ago by investing in the EWS model. Being in such a high-stress, standard-heavy industry for so long, my requirements for a parallel side business were no different: viable, noble, gratifying, detail-oriented, respectable, and sustainable. In addition, the ROI and earnings potential had to be significant enough for me to be willing to trade my valuable time in the medical arena for something of equal or superior value. I researched extensively and in the end determined that there was no other business model that could meet my expectations, integrate with my current profession, and provide superior offerings to clients, all at a value-laden initial investment.

The EWS organization has provided me the insight and knowledge to be quite successful at this venture. Any interaction(s) that I have had have been positive, questions/issues have been addressed, guidance has been sincere and professional. I have no regrets, I wouldn't have done anything differently, and I recommend the program to anyone with the desire and ambition, without reservation.

I can only speculate that Kevin's opinion of EWS is grossly misinformed from whatever resources he chose to seek. One must be careful in this internet age to trust whatever information is posted as to its origins. In my research of this company, I wanted to speak with fellow affiliates and all I needed was to hear of a couple of folks that were successful at it. Even if it was one or two (its obviously hundreds), I felt that if they could succeed, then why couldn't I? I did my due diligence, believed in myself, and succeeded as I thought I would. Kevin would have benefitted himself and others seeking a fine business to invest in by further exploring this company and maybe not being as myopic prior to posting such an inaccurate analysis.

Response to Kevin of Scottsdale on EWS

AUTHOR: Scott - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

My experience with EWS has been nothing honest in its presentation of business potential and beyond expectations in delivery of service and support.
I have found business projections to be accurate and even conservative in regard to revenue and account savings.
I have nothing but praise for the business concept, the people involved and the training and manuals.

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

I have worked for Darwyn William's and EWS since 2006 as the Affiliate Sales Director. My duties include speaking with potential affiliates and taking them through their due dillagence before becoming an affiliate.

I can not speak highly enough about Darwyn. He has a HUGE passion for this business and his employees. We all share that passion and work together as a team to support our Affiliates.

Kevin from Arizona is WAY off base with is comments!! He totally misrepresents Darwyn and all of us at EWS. I assure you this is a legitamate company.

I enjoy seeing the success of the Affiliates I have personally signed up to be a partner with EWS. Many have secured numerous Joint Ventures and are making a nice income.

A Response to Kevin from Scottsdale Arizona concerning Environmental Waste Solutions

AUTHOR: Kim M. Saldamarco - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

Kevin,

I am the Connecticut affiliate of Environmental Waste Solutions and have been an affiliate for almost three years. I found out about EWS through the internet and was looking for a way to expand my environmental services business. I performed my due diligence of EWS by talking with other successfull affiliates around the country and talking with the president, Darwyn himself. I signed up for the program, trained to become a cost reduction consultant, came back to Connecticut and started utilizing all the tools and teachings I had learned. I landed many clients in the first few months and have become very successful at it.

I don't know of any other way to put it but it is definitely "the real deal". I would never have dreamed that I would have the financial security that I have now. EWS helped me every step of the way and they continue to do so almost three years later. They even still send me leads and are most helpful with any question or concern I have over winning over a new client or how to deal with a prospective Joint Venture.

I know that there is risk in everything we do in life. I know that there may be some fear or hesitation in taking the leap of faith that is needed to get ahead in life, but with some risks come great rewards. I am reaping those rewards and have been given the most important tools to go out and succeed with the solid business plan that has been taught to me.

Sincerely,

Kim Saldamarco

This company has been strong and steady under Darwyn's direction the entire 8 years I have been associated with them. From the corporate side, I have the privilege of working with many affiliates and find them successful and diligent in using their learned skills and tenacity to grow their business.

I'm sure MANY affiliates, clients and people will respond to this unbelievably FALSE depiction of Darwyn and EWS. Response To This Misleading Comment

AUTHOR: Jim Erxleben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

Kevin clearly misrepresents what this company is all about.

I am a EWS affiliate and the company's Food Industry Specialist. I have worked with Darwyn Williams on numerous occasions with very large potential and existing clients and, without exception, have found Mr. Williams to be a highly ethical leader and business person. Prior to completing the EWS training program I spent 20 years, most of which were in management, with the Kellogg Company a company of extremely high business ethics. If I had found EWS or Mr. Williams to be other than of high ethical standard, I would have moved on long ago. I can say that I am proud to be associated with this company and believe in its values.

The training and support EWS provides, initially and ongoing, has made the difference for me and I know for countless other EWS affiliates. The work we all do saves millions of dollars in unnecessary expense for companies across North America and contributes signifantly toward moving companies to becoming greener'. Both very meaningful and rewarding endeavors.

If a person is disciplined, persistent and can be persuasive attributes critical to all business people that person can be a successful EWS affiliate. If you are considering becoming a EWS affiliate, do not allow this person's snap erroneous judgment to cloud your decision. Contact EWS and talk with EWS affiliates, they know the real story.

Unhappy potential Affiliate from Arizona

AUTHOR: Donna/ews - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

I have been working for Darwyn Williams for 2 years. I have never worked for a more honest and dedicated individual. Darwyn Williams, as well as EWS, have an outstanding reputation in this industry. The comments provided by Kevin from Scotsdale, AZ completely misrepresent what we here at EWS are all about. Darwyn Williams personally trains each and every one of our new affiliates. I am constantly being told from these affiliates about their positive experiences after attending one of our seminars. I hear how excited these folks are to be part of a company with such professionalism and integrity. Kevin is unfortunately missing out on an amazing business opportunity.

Long Term Involvement

AUTHOR: Bob - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

I have been associated with the EWS training program since 1998. The basis of this program is to train folks from around the country in the waste and recycling industry, in order to provide waste consulting services to large Corp clients. As a rookie in 1998, I did not have the experience nor the credibility to court a Fortune 500 client. EWS gave me the foundational knowledge to create interest in waste consulting services. Just as I explain to my perspective clients, I am selling my expertise and knowledge in this area, thus I cannot reveal upfront ALL the ways I would be able to help save a client money and become more efficient. Why would they hire me if I did? EWS provides a full and comprehensive training course to educate future consultants in the waste and recycling industry. The ins and outs so to speak. They also help with the credibility angle when I bring a qualified client to the table. By mentioning that I was trained and affiliated with the EWS Training program, I find it opens doors for me. This training has actually allowed me to become a professional in this industry. Not bad for a guy with merely a high school education!! I work with executives nationwide, along with top waste and recycling industry vendors. I embrace strong environmental policies which I learned from EWS. This has led to avenues of new recycling and waste to energy technologies to help both my clients and the earth. I am 52 years old & have been self-employed all my life. Darwyn Williams has been one of the most upfront, reliable, and honest business associates I have ever worked with. EWS knows waste and their traing is second to none in my opinion. If it didn't work, I could not have supported my family for the last 10+ years. TY

These are ridiculous allegations

AUTHOR: Tyler - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

I have been an affiliate with EWS since February 2002. I went to training while I was still in college, worked the business part-time, and eventually went at it full-time. I have had a very positive experience working with EWS. This business has afforded me an above average income and a very flexible schedule.

There will always be those people that are looking for free information, as appears to be the case with "Kevin".

EWS's business model is sound. In the 6 years I've been involved with EWS, I've seen the company go through tremendous growth and Darwyn has been steering the ship the entire time. He's involved in the day-to-day operation of EWS. The support for me, as an affiliate, has been great. I've worked with EWS on a variety clients in multiple industries. They have consistently performed above and beyond my expectations.

ENVIRONMENTAL WASTE SOLUTIONS LLC; Allen Banfield VP of Ops comments on acusations against Darwyn Williams

AUTHOR: Allen Banfield - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 10, 2008

I have worked for Darwyn Williams at EWS since August 2000. I have seen advertisements in Waste News regarding what EWS offers since 1994. Those are facts that can not be disputed.

The EWS business model revolves around our Affiliates and is focused at helping them achieve success. We have countless Affiliates reaping huge benfits as a result of their alignment with EWS. Support is constantly provided to any EWS Affiliate needing our assistance.

We have many clients that have reaped significant financial benefits through a joint effort from EWS and our Affiliates.

The comments from Kevin from Scottsdale, Arizona completely misrepresents Darwyn Williams and Environmental Waste Solutions. Darwyn has the highest integrity and dedication to conducting business ethically. He demands the same from all of his employees which is essential to our success.

A Disgruntled Affiliate in Arizona?

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 10, 2008

I read the recent report posted here from "Kevin" in Arizona regarding the company- Environmental Waste Solutions based in Baton Rouge. I have been associated with this company since May of 2004 as an Affiliate. I was one of many that has signed up for the $25,900 training and affiliation with this waste consulting firm and I have not looked back once. I have to say that I am quite successful in this endeavor but it should be noted that it didn't happen overnight, I worked the program as directed and stuck with it. I received and continue to receive all the guidance and support one would need to be successful in this consulting business. There is one caveat however....not everyone is capable of working independently as a consultant, they either lack the skill-set or give up too easily.

I am proud of my association with this company and just as important - EWS's Clientle are quite happy with the services rendered and for good reason, they have saved a lot of money.

EWS's diverse client base range from a major airline company to the largest hospital chains; restaurant chains; hotel chains; food processors; supermarkets; retail; industrial manufacturers; and many others. As EWS has grown, so has the positive endorsements that they receive from their many satisfied clients.

I can say with confidence that I am proud to be associated with EWS and Darwyn Williams who has always shown true leadership and a willingness to always do the right thing for his organization which includes all Affiliates and Clients.

Again I have to say that this is not an easy business for some, it does take true tenacity to see each deal through but those that do (and there are many, many of us) receive the returns as promised by EWS. There are never any guarantee's in life, it's always up to the individual to make it work. There will always be those individuals that just don't have what it takes to make things work out. Whether it's this business or any other business venture for that matter.

This individual does not accurately depict the company nor the management nor the business model accurately. You always get what you put in to a project and of course there will always be those that make it and those that don't. I'm afraid Kevin is of the latter.
