I have a friend who bought a puppy from this swindler and filthy puppymiller. My friends puppy was so sick with Parvo and died. She is crying and so upset I am doing this report for her.
All that horrible nasty puppymiller did was make her feel like she had done something wrong.
The Animal clinic confirmed the Parvo and found a heart murmur too. Because she did not agree to do an autopsy Vicky Bisard says she will not refund.
Beware of this beastly person! She makes her website extra nice as a trap .
She has ONLY a PO BOX as an address! This is a HUGE RED FLAG!
Her address is 13650 118th street. Her name is really Vicky Whipple but she goes by her maiden name of Bisard.
BEWARE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE FOR YOU!

I am dumbfounded that this wonderful breeder is being painted in such a negative light. Vicki produces quality puppies not to mention beautiful. They are very intelligent, have great pedigrees and physically sound. Vicki is highly knowledgeable about breeding, physical and mental health of a chihuahua, and showmanship.
She is easily accessible and will help you in anyway she can. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and believe me, I am very picky with my chihuahuas and will not settle for any less than near perfection.

Oh we know why, because unethical breeders such as yourself love to attack good honest breeders. IF you have no proof then lay off! Vicky is a well respected breeder, unlike yourself and we know who you are!!!! lol Get someone with some education behind them to write your fake reports ok? If your kids are 4.0 average students, maybe they can write them for you?

When will you clean up your kennel? CONSUMER BEWARE OF THIS BREEDER. SHE LIES AND STEAL MONEY AND DOESN'T PAY IT BACK IF THE PUPPY DIES. SO MANY PUPPIES HAVE DIED FROM HER.I think it parvo even though she says it isnt.

If you or someone you know has a problem with any puppy purchased from me ~ Contact ME!
1) I never received notification from Ripp=Off Report that someone had made a report regarding me. Another breeder informed me of this very BOGUS report..
2) I can not believe you would accept a report from a second party.
3) I have sold only one puppy to anyone in California in the last year. I have confirmed that this puppy is healthy, happy and alive.
4) I have received no complaint personally that any puppy I have ever sold had Parvo or a heart murmur.
5) All of our puppies receive Neopar (Parvo) vaccines prior to their puppy boosters & EVERY puppy receives a written health certificate from a licensed Florida Veterinarian! Every puppy comes with a health guarantee.
6) This is a totally false claim and should be stricken from your public reports.
7) I know it is you Kathy Berry, Impressive Kennels, Chihuahuas, Kathy's Quality Chihuahuas, Kathy & Cliff Berry of Dixon, Illinois. You are the one selling defective puppies and not caring one bit! Shame on you!
